I thought so. I seem to remember it being said that he has 3 years left on his contract when this came up toward the end of last year. Joe's Contract expires every year. I seem to remember this thread popping up at least once a year. That reminds me. We haven't had any "popular undercard guy(s) want to leave TNA" stories in a while...

Well, with Cena and Gerwitz (or whoever goes to ROH events), it would be hard for WWE to ruin Joe.
But as I keep saying, chances are, Joe's going to stay with TNA, because even if we hear that he's not happy, he seems to like it there... for whatever reason.

Pro Wrestling Insider reports that Samoa Joe has signed a new long term deal with TNA through 2011. Joe was offered a new deal last year and turned it down. The two sides have been renegotiating since and it looks like they finally have things all squared away. This is a big deal as TNA can not afford to lose Joe. Many promotions in Japan have shown interest in him as well as the WWE.

Joe's in the mon-ey!

Eh, as long as they still let him make indy dates I'm happy. Wouldn't mind seeing him in IWA-MS, PWG and ROH though...

Just a quick correction, PWI is not saying that Joe signed a new deal, just that he has a few years left on his deal.

I'd like to see Joe win the TNA World Title, drop it in the trash and walk the heck outta TNA. That would be completely unprofessional. If Joe wants out of TNA he can simply not resign with them

They have an interview up with him from BFG 2007 weekend where he says that he has a few years left on his contract and info from people in TNA saying he is under contract until 2010 or 2011.
