Gotta be newz and even if that's true, they could always just not show the upper view of the Citrus Bowl..
Now if they dropped TNA papers like the nWo used to back in the day, that would make an Impact (pardon the pun).

well can't really fault them, but if they want to sponsor WWE wrestlemania go for it.
Hey they drove trucks around the Fan axxess and other WWE events.
Why not piggyback on WWE even more?

TNA is actually on national television...so it would be an incredible waste of money to fly a blimp over WM, and advertise a product that 99.9% of 70,000-people WATCHING WRESTLING in Orlando, FL are already aware of, and have the blimp NOT be shown on TV, and only seen by die-hard wrestling fans live, people sitting in the Citrus Bowl that all made the trek to WM (who are all likely to be aware of TNA already). If you want to make headlines, have AJ Styles parachute into the ring during the main event, like the Holyfield-Bowe outdoor boxing fight in the 1990s...but don't. Nobody's ever going to overtake WWE again like in the WCW/WWF Monday Night days doing stupid stunts and blimp ads, there's no use in getting stupid attention and wasting money. 1996 was a cool time for the wrestling business, but it's sad that Jeff Jarrett still lives there. All week, TNA has been acting bush league with WWE in their territory. |

Oh yeah, read that on Meltzer's site. Seems kind of goofy considering there's no way WWE will let it actually be shown on camera during the broadcast.

There's really no point in this. WWE obviously isn't going to show it on camera so only the people in attendence will see it. And presumably they're all hardcore wrestling fans who already know that TNA sucks.

I'm pretty sure the FAA would have a problem with this sincerely, post 9-11 world I think the FAA would conclude the chances of Dixie Carter in a plane going all al-Qaeda and trying to take down the Citrus Bowl while Vince McMahon is there is low. |

What is it about WWE that gets your loyalty to a degree that you would refuse to like other companies?? Fanboys are bad enough, company fanboys are worse.
