I think it might be Donovan McNabb. He plays in Philadelphia, breeding ground for Hate from all comers, he's been torn apart by every media source you can think of (including Rush Limbaugh), Angelo Cataldi and his "Dirty 30" booed the shit out of him when he was drafted, and hardly anyone has even the slightest shred of respect for him after the whole "I didn't know the game could end in a tie" debacle.

Who is it? I know this isn't popular, but I hate Peyton Manning, just seems like a big douche. Edit: or Sean Avery Mine is Tom Brady. Watching him being on the verge of a perfect season and not winning it was awesomeness epic levels, especially after he was running his mouth about running so many points up on the Giants.

I think A-Rod is hated in general by people in Boston, Queens, and Texas. Fixed it for ya. Is it the money he makes, or is it the whole pinstripes thing? I'll say Barry Bonds. Despite the fact that the things he did were justified in a crazy way.

I always wanted to be the most hated man in Sports, or at least the most penalized man in Sports.

I just never have. Of course, now that he is on the Yankees,it makes me dislike him even more. I will agree with Bonds though. Never liked him that well either.

I hope he makes up with Tex, since apparently him, Michael Young, and Hank Blalock weren't worthy of being in his presence when he left Texas.

If you ask my Sacramento Kings-loving brother, he'd tell ya Robert Horry.
If you ask me, Northeast Pennsylvania's #1 Buffalo Bills fan, I am leaning towards Scott Norwood.

Generally unlikeable = The money he makes. So, we basically agree on that. ;D Well, considering that Young hasn't done much (Other than All-Star Game heroics) and Blalock is mostly trade bait nowadays, I guess he was kinda right then, huh?

Phil Jackson probably gets some heel heat in Sacramento too, because if I remember correctly, he once refered to that place as a cow town.

If this was intended to be a thread about who we _personally_ hate most, I'm going with Bill "Belicheat" Belichick. (or however it's spelled.)

Barry Bonds is universally hated except if you're a S.F. Giants fan.
Sean Avery is hated by all, no matter what he does. He could sneeze and not cover his mouth and everyone will go, "WHAT A DOUCHE!! HE DIDN'T COVER HIS MOUTH!! AARRRGGH!! BASTARD!!!"
A-Rod mostly now because he's with Madonna. Before it was cause he put on the Yankee pinstripes.
Bill Belichek had the title for awhile, especially immediately after last year's Superbowl win for the Giants. The moment the Giants won the game EVERYONE immediately were racing each other to dump all over him in the written media and on television. If the Pats had won, they'd be racing to kiss ass.

For his last contract year in Seattle, all he did was bitch and complain about how he wanted to play for "a winning team" and how Seattle wasn't cutting it. So what does he do? Sign an insane contract with TEXAS, the celler-dwellar of the AL West(keep in mind, this was when Seattle was always a divisional threat).

But, the whole Mariners thing did have him come off like a douchebag there. Crazy thing were the numbers that teams put up after A-Rod left... Seattle in 2000: 91-71 Seattle in 2001: 116-46 (More about the arrival of Ichiro) Texas in 2003: 71-91 Texas in 2004: 89-73 Of course neither team since have even sniffed the playoffs since. ;D

Texas? Eh, not so much.
