My little sister is going to be gone for the weekend. She left a day ago, and she makes all of my meals. I kinda know how to cook, but sometimes I don't want to spend the time to make lavish meals. I don't want to order out either because I try to eat healthy because I run, and all the meals she makes are all home cooked and homemade. My mom gets off late at nights and I don't want to wait that long. I really don't what I will do, I feel so hungry.

Have some soup or a salad or a sandwich or some sort of mixture of the three.

make yourself Roast Beef with a fine beef gravy, home-made stuffed peppers, pumperknickel bread, and chocolate mousse. A fine bottle of chardonay, too.

This is some of the stuff she makes, she is a very good cook for being a little sister. My mom also cooks for me too, but she worked today. All the other food people have been recommending me looks nasty.

Cooking is fairly easy. The mistakes I see most people make is they either a. cook it at too high of a temperature for fear of undercooking it or b. they don't pay enough attention to what they're doing.
Make some pasta it's easy. Just make sure it's boiling rapidly when you add the pasta, then wait roughly seven minutes and take a bite. If it's soft enough to eat, it's done. You don't want it soggy.
And as soon as you get a bubble or two in your spaghetti sauce in your sauce pot, crank it down to low. The stuff technically doesn't even need heated.

Do you have a Crock Pot?
If so just get some meat, vegetables and some liquid...or find a real recipe. Turn it on. And latter in the day you have a meal.

Just make a Stew, they are easy to make. All you need is a stock cube, whatever you're going to throw in there (EX. Chicken, Beef, Fish) and water. Fry everything up in a pan, or a large saucepan, make sure everything is cooked, add the water, and the stock cube, and leave for two hours.
check a cookbook for more ideas.

If you're seriously incapable of fending for yourself for 3 days tops, I suggest you look in to some sort of assisted living facility for young, metro, cross country runners.
Or go to a soup kitchen. You'll be the best dressed bum there.
Oh, and stop being a mooch and make your own goddamn meals if you are that concerned about it. Home cooked meals don't have to equal unhealthy.
