Limp Biscuit's cover of Behind Blue Eyes by the who. I think it's better than the original.

I just randomly go from loving to hating this one. Motorhead covering Enter Sandman. www.youtube.com/watch?v=kKNLApfJNe4Can't embed because of the title of the song. (AKA: Language Warning.)

Limp Biscuit's cover of Behind Blue Eyes by the who. I think it's better than the original. Wha wha? Even with that lame robot voice spelling out L-I-M-P in the background?

There's actually quite a few covers in this thread I'm fond of. Of course, I'm the sort of person who feels like a cover shouldn't sound exactly like the original song. If it does, what's the point of it? I can understand playing an exact cover live...but why would you release one?
I dunno, just me I guess.

Dylan songs were in my opinion always better when covered by someone else. Be it Hendrix, Cash, or pearl jam.

But the real winner is.... I feel like going to America and do Horrible Horrible things to her(Not in the good way. As to the Topic. As much as i like Flyleaf, their cover of Smells like Teen Spirit from nirvana was pretty awful. She sounds like a goat at some points. Oh no no no, to understand just how terrible Flyleaf's cover of Teen Spirit is you have to see the actual live performance. I hate this f***ing band.

I refuse to post it in this thread, because that would mean I'd have to search for it and it's an absolute abomination, but Sugababes and Girls Aloud cover of Walk This Way.
Seriously, that song puts me in a near murderous rage.

There's a cover of Toto's Africa making the radio rounds these days. Everytime I hear it, it makes my brain dirty.
I have no idea who's covering it...nor do I care.

Absolutely hate that cover of Desolation Row. Might not be so bad if they slowed it down some. The way they sing it though the song just loses all of its soul, and meaning, and simply becomes a catchy tune with background noise.

Dylan's a hell of a songwriter, I'll give him that.
