Why not combine the gimmicks to get either, "What's rowdy?" or "Get up!"

I still think the engine they should use is Euphoria. Take a look at this:
And that is just the free Endorphin learning physics program. Imagine what they could do with Euphoria. Sure it would have a few glitches, but they can fix that up.

That Codebreaker / Back Cracker / Lionsault is one of the coolest things ever. Hell, that whole video is.
Hell, I would play a game with those graphics and just those dummies playable to do crap like that. And I'd probably have a ball doing it.

Someone posted a little info on Green Man and Red Man over at IGN. Thought I'd share...
Red Signature Moves: Samoan Drop 3 Diving Headbutt 2
Finishers: Piledriver 2 Suplex Slam
Royal Rumble Finishers: Military Press Atomic Drop 2 Clothesline 26 Shoulder Block 7
Abilities: Resiliency Kip Up Pullback Attacks Durability Possum Pin Strong Strike
Stats: Grapples: 80 Strikes: 80 Submissions: 85 Durability: 90 Technical: 80 Speed: 85 Charisma: 70 Hardcore: 90
Overall: 90
Green Signature Moves: Headscissors Takedown 1 Facebuster 7
Finishers: Shooting Star Press Pin 1 DDT 4
Royal Rumble Finishers: Hurricuranna 12 Oklahoma Slam 3 Hotshot Dropkick 8
Abilities: Move Thief Outside Dives Pull Back Attacks Taunt Thief Springboard Strong Strike
Stats: Grapples: 90 Strikes: 90 Submission: 85 Durability: 70 Technical: 80 Speed: 85 Charisma: 70 Hardcore: 90
Overall: 90
That's actually pretty funny on their part for somewhat giving these two a personality. Their abilities and stats totally make sense. Red man has a durability of 90 (taking punishment for years) and Green Man has the Move Theft and Taunt Theft abilities. Awesome.

Is this THQ's last SvR game? If so, any idea who's up for the license next? I read somewhere that they extended for 3 more years or something...

I hope THQ keeps making them. I'm usually pretty happy with their work each year (even if every year they do something or other mind-numbingly stupid), and I wouldn't want to have to wait the two or three years it'd take for some other company to create a new game from scratch.

I personally hate belts of that design. Can see they were going for an old-timey / NWA style of design... but really, hate the way they make their titles.

Considering how bad the belt COULD be, I'm perfectly happy with that design.

Whilst we are discussing belts, something that kind of puzzled me, if they are going to use the Havok system, why not use the Havok system with the belts? If done correctly they wont hover feet above the guy/gal during entrance and they wont look like they are made of cardboard.

I'm not game designer, but from what I understand new physics engines require quite a bit of work/money/time. Its part of the reason why I think they never attempted to use Euphoria/Endorphin. The coding for that said physics engine is supposed to be so complex and expensive. I'm sure when it came down to it, it was simply a time deadline.

The belts is one of the most annoying problems in the games thats had very little to be sorted. Heres hoping THQ/Yukes keep the WWE rights for 2011

Good News Everyone! CAW Abilites! Superstars from Scratch have low attribute scores, and do not have access to most superstar abilities. The only ones you can select be default for a superstars six ability slots are Hammer Throw Possum Pin Ring Escape Pullback Attacks Dirty Pin Referee Shield Move Thief Taunt Thief Evasive Dodge Springboard and Outside dives. The last three cannot be used by super heavyweights. To unlock the other abilities for your superstar, you must improve his stats by competeing in matches. The requirements to unlock the additional abilities are Lock Pick - Submission 80 Object Specialist - Hardcore 70 Resiliency - Overall of 92 Durability - Durability 85 Hardcore Rez - Hardcore 90 Kip Up - Technical 85 Fan Favorite - Charisma 80 Fired Up - Overall of 90 Exploder TB Attacks - Speed 75 Strong Strike - Striking 85 That sounds suprisingly good. And if it is only SUPER-heavyweights that can't do Dodge/Springboard/Dive, then I can make a proper Claudio and Burchill ,which makes me happy. Also, the CofC belt isn't great, but isn't horrible either. Makes for a decent E-fed belt at least. I like the pseudo-gimmicks they've given Red and Green Man too. EDIT: Also, based on that video posted before it looks like there's 2 positions for Rumble finishers- grapples in the ring, and grapples when they're on the apron, which I have to say is a nice touch.

I don't know but I'd doubt it. You could always give him the Chicken Head and colour it silver....

- HBK's 3rd alt. attire is his entrance attire sans hat. *Headesk* Wow...that's incredibly lame. I was crossing my fingers for his WM25 attire. Me too....

can anyone confirm if Vader's mask is in CAW? Most of the stuff added for Legends of WrestleMania (including the stuff recycled to make Doink for SvR) is in, so I would say so. No proof, but I would wager it is.
