Just finished paying off my copy. Might as well pick it up tonight, I have class early, but I've always been a big fan of Midnight releases.

Well THQ better pull something freaking spectacular out of their behinds to impress me. If they want to win me back, SVR 11 better have a different freaking engine and better customization. Something tells me they don't give a rats ass about people like you...they care about the "Sheep" who buy it every year, even though they spend months hyping/complaining about it. Can't really blame them. Would you want to sell a game to one guy or a thousand?

Looks amazing. Can't wait.
I love SVR 2009 btw. I end up playing it with friends all the time. Fun game.

Seconded. I always spend hours fixing movesets before I ever play a match. If there's one thing that drives me nuts, it's wrestlers having moves that they never, ever use, but missing moves that they use all the time.

Apologies if I missed this on another page but I like the addition of new double team moves. Specifically the Double Kicking Combination, Double RKO and Snapshot.

So everyone is aware -
Apparently, there is a glitch with alternate attires for CAWs. Making them at a time other than when you first make your CAW will delete your moveset, entrance, stats, and allies / enemies.
Also, for some incredibly stupid reason they have in fact removed the ability to do six Diva battle royals despite adding them into the Royal Rumble. Just. . . What? It also seems like they cannot compete in six Diva tag matches, just because THQ had to screw those of us who use females over in some other way this year.

Ok, I take back what I said about "it's unreasonable to not buy a game over one thing".
For a game that is heavily advertised as "This is your world! You could do whatever you want!", there sure is a hell of a lot of f***ing restrictions, especially with the CAWs.
I'll pass this year. Hopefully when SVR2011 comes around, these problems are all sorted out.
But in the meantime, f*** you THQ.

There are a few people who have said they have had no problems with this. I don't know, I could be a PS3 thing. If there is a general glitch on all platforms, it could be worked around by just doing the attire first before anything else. It all does mean however that they'll have to bring out a patch, so maybe they could fix the moveset and entrance restrictions with downloadble CAWS while they're at it or maybe I'am just be a wishful thinker.

And there's the last major piece of bad news. A glitch that is reminiscent of the No Mercy glitch. Granted, it's nowhere is bad, but still... (facepalm)

I'm still holding out for AKI to make a WWE game again. Or just a remake of No Mercy! Btw, I'm a little more optimistic about CAW points now Only used 20 points ;D (not mine)

I don't have the game yet, but I just had a thought about downloaded CAWs. Say I download Tyson Kidd and Davis Hart Smith. I can't change the theme music they come out to individually. However, there should be nothing preventing me from giving them a custom theme for their tag team entrance. For tag teams, this restriction may not be so bad, unless I'm missing something.

You know what? I usually sell my copy of the outdated SVR game, not this year. Not after the masterpiece of s**t THQ chooses to call SVR 2010. After all that waiting, and for what? A half-assed customization which the game is basically based on?
I will pass on this one, too. I just can't believe a great game company like THQ would do this. As Mr. Krabs once said, "I used to worship the ground you walked on. Now, I wouldn't even SPIT in your direction."

Knowing THQ, they'll add something like "no downloaded CAWS in stables"
