I can almost see this happening. Worker: Hey, Teddy, we got your electric bill for some reason. *Teddy takes bill and opens it.* Teddy: Oh Playa...I forgot to pay last month. How disrespectful to the hard working electric people. Worker: Ri...right. Teddy: I guess I only have one option. Tonight, I will go one-on-one with.....THE UNDERTAKER! Worker: Teddy, this is Wrestlemania. *Cut back to Teddy, already in wrestling attire* Teddy: Then I had better make every shot count, playa!

I'm going with no one. But if it HAD to happen, and everyone involved was down with it, then Edge would be okay with me. Edge is a 33 year old two-time champion who could be put in the main event believable at any time, with any alignment. He draws a lot of heat as a heel and would be over as hell as a face. Everyone knows who he is and he's been around for years. He doesn't need the rub.

Kennedy: "What, you can't do that, Undertaker!" ~Teddy's Music plays~ Cole: "OH MY! Kennedy will have to face Teddy Long at Wrestlemania!" JBL: "This is unfair Ma-kel Cole!"

Snitsky.
Har har. Anyway, I think: Nobody. Taker should retire with his WM win streak intact.
And I'm not even a Taker fan.

Personally i think no one should ever kill the streak that's the UT's legacy. You could also look at it as....he was supposed to lose to diesel at WM12 but stuff happened, Orton was supposed to win at WM21 but he had to leave for shoulder surgery, so you dont kill the streak and take off for months. It could be just destiny for him never losing since it was supposed to happen twice, is the 3rd time a charm? I honestly believe UT going 14-1 WILL happen, and Batista is going to do it, even if he gets booed during the match.

It should have been this year. Benoit beating him for the World title. I could elaborate as to how all of this should have gone down...

I hope no one, but if it has to happen I'd say Kane.

This came up in another thread and I gave my answer as HHH and it still stands. Not that he should but that he will.

If Steph has her way it'll be Daniel Rodimer breaking Taker's streak

Now I will say this. Should the Undertaker feel strongly enough and have enough faith in someone to decide that that person is worthy of ending his streak, and tell Vince himself that this person should beat him, I have no problem with it. He actually did do that with kane, but Kane turned down the offer, saying that he didn't want to end the legacy.

The "nobody" vote? lol Eventually, there needs to be SOMEONE who will benefit greatly from such a rub. Beating the Undertaker at WM should be reserved for someone who meets the following criteria: - NOT a former "premier" (World, WWE, Heavyweight, etc.) champion - NOT an OBVIOUS future main-eventer (sorry CM Punk, looks like the fans are intelligent enough to where you won't need this to keep yourself over) - NOT a part-timer or someone already in the HOF In short, it has to be someone who COULD be a main-eventer, but would just be missing that ONE thing to truly put him over. It has to be a SURPRISE, when the match is going on, the fans should be on their toes, and eventually, the drama and emotion in the match will be so thick that nobody knows who would win. Right now, I can't think of anybody who fits this criteria. However, there are folks in WWE being paid six figures annually to come up with this type of stuff. Here's hoping that they will do their homework and really sit down and come up with this type of character. Only a booker who truly cares for the art of booking would be able to come up with this type of character. I'd have to very nicely disagree for a sec. It's not popular to say, but It seems to be true that all of the "up and comers" have the fans behind them, but once they make it to the top, they turn on them in the drop of a hat. When someone is in their prime and makes it to the top, it usually lasts a few years, and that's when you're supposed to accomplish your biggest feats. If someone accomplished something unbelievable before becoming a champion, then after they become the focal point of the company, there's not a whole lot of places to go but down. Again, It's not popular to say, but the biggest star of the company, especially if their ALSO in the middle of their prime, is the one that's supposed to be taken care of the most. the money will keep piling up and coming in, but it's when the money plateus or shows signs of going down, is when you switch directions with that charactor. The biggest accomplishments are'nt meant to be saved for a semi main-eventer that needs a rub. Just beating Undertaker would give the guy that rub, not THE victory. That's for someone else. Ready for a RIOT?! With that said, the only person that I can see the company and the Undertaker going with as well as the guy to end the streak, is indeed the man himself, John Cena. He's Undefeated at Wrestlemania as well.

I always thought it would be cool to have him lose to another super natural type character. ..Not like..Boogeyman..or..anyone like that. Nothing cheesy, someone actually kinda modern and scary. And at Wrestlemania all of the guys Undertaker has beaten in past Wrestlemania's (the one's that are still alive anyway) would help the new guy win. Like..the "ghosts of his past coming back to haunt him"..or..something.
..Feh. Sounds cool to me anyway.

LOL. If I were to face Undertaker, I'd come out with a backpack on with tanks, and one of those Ghostbusters vacume things, with the ball that rolls, or whatever it is, I forget. Then Undertaker comes out, and when he gets into the ring, I roll the ball/thing at his feet, and he just stands there and gives me the "you're dead" look. Uh Oh, I say, and then he chokeslams my ass.

A guy named "Vertigo" who says he is "the FEAR of falling. Once you experience it....you'll colapse into oblivion." Or something like that.
