I'm not sure anyone should at the moment. If I had to pick someone from the current crop I'd say Edge, but really I'm not sure anyone should from this crop they have now.
Hear that? That means you Batista.

No one.
He could lose every match and I would not object, if he could keep his Wrestlemania streak.
The man hasn't had alot of titles, and not alot of time in his reigns, let him at least have a legacy with the Wrestlemania streak.

No one, anyone they give it too would just be a waste, it wouldn't mean anything.
It means more to him and to his legacy than to anything else.

Now I will say this. Should the Undertaker feel strongly enough and have enough faith in someone to decide that that person is worthy of ending his streak, and tell Vince himself that this person should beat him, I have no problem with it.

But at the same time... I kinda don't want to it happen. As a side note... Didn't 'Taker offer it to Kane?

I'm going with no one. But if it HAD to happen, and everyone involved was down with it, then Edge would be okay with me.

As a side note... Didn't 'Taker offer it to Kane? That's the story. I believe it, as at the time Kane was portrayed as an untouchable monster. (Well, if the story was regarding Mania 14, I'm not actually sure). Might have been smart for Kane to go over, but pretty big of Kane to turn it down.

The "nobody" vote? lol
Eventually, there needs to be SOMEONE who will benefit greatly from such a rub. Beating the Undertaker at WM should be reserved for someone who meets the following criteria:
- NOT a former "premier" (World, WWE, Heavyweight, etc.) champion - NOT an OBVIOUS future main-eventer (sorry CM Punk, looks like the fans are intelligent enough to where you won't need this to keep yourself over) - NOT a part-timer or someone already in the HOF
In short, it has to be someone who COULD be a main-eventer, but would just be missing that ONE thing to truly put him over. It has to be a SURPRISE, when the match is going on, the fans should be on their toes, and eventually, the drama and emotion in the match will be so thick that nobody knows who would win.
Right now, I can't think of anybody who fits this criteria. However, there are folks in WWE being paid six figures annually to come up with this type of stuff. Here's hoping that they will do their homework and really sit down and come up with this type of character. Only a booker who truly cares for the art of booking would be able to come up with this type of character.
