Now I'm not talking good villains that you LOVE to hate, but villains that just annoy the hell out of you for any reason.
For me, I just can't stand Apocolypse or Mr. Sinister. It seems like these guys plans either involved "mutants taking over the world" which has been done a billion times already by better villains like Magneto, or "getting Jean Grey and Scott Summers to sex each other up and have a kid." Frankly, I don't see the obsession...of the two kids Jean and Scott have had, one was basically a male brown haired version of Jean Grey (Nate Grey) while the other's power 90% of the time seems to be "shoot guns" with some telekinesis and telepathy mentioned in passing every hundred issues or so (Cable). If I wanted super heroes to make "the ultimate kid" I'd probably choose someone a lot more badass for Jean to make love to than doofus Cyclops (maybe Hulk, Silver Surfer, or Thor?? Surly they'd have more powerful kids than Scott!)
Both Apocolypse and Sinister have these reps as being the baddest things on the planet Earth...but I have yet to see them go up against anyone other than the X-men. Apocolypse ALMOST went up against the Hulk once...but the two never fought and after Apocolypse turned Hulk into "War" he ran like a chicken shit. In my eyes, until these losers go up against the Fantastic Four, Avengers, Dr. Doom, or other non-X-men characters, they'll always be second rate.
So what are your opinions? What villains drive you up the wall where you wish they'd either be killed off, never mentioned again, or never used again??

For reasons I've never understood Loki has always bugged the hell out of me. I'm not sure why but I can't stand the guy. And Stryfe manages to be even more confusing and redundant than Cable. No easy task.

Galactus.
His first (and honestly good appearance) is legendary because he truely represented the ultimate "unstoppable" menace. You can't beat him physically, so by the skin of their teeth (and some outright intervention help) the Fantastic Four merely trick the god to back off from Earth.
But since he was so popular, he was brought back again and again...and less and less potent and relevant.
I would almost say the same of Doomsday as well. After he "killed" Superman, remember anything significant about him? Of course not.

Majin Buu period. There was no way to kill him, expect for Goku overcoming the odds with the help of the dragonballs.

MODOK. I'm not sure why, but the villian just annoys the living crap out of me. And it's a completely baseless hate, I'll acknowledge, as I know he's been in good storylines.

I like how on Super Hero Squad, Luke Cage is decked in his 70s incarnation attire.
That's how awesome he is. He can wear really out of date fashion and still own the joint.

I thought I'd hate it at first, but I love that show, and MODOK is one of the core reasons why.

As much as I love him Magneto. Mainly due to the fact that he is one of the main problems in the perpetual cycle of repeated plot points in the X-Men comics. When Wolverine killed him during Grant's run I was like f*** YES, FINALLY! But we all know what happened afterwards.

Reed Richards isn't really a villain. (no matter how he's portrayed sometimes)

Reed Richards isn't really a villain. (no matter how he's portrayed sometimes) Marvel Zombies? The sheer stupidity of Marvel Zombies cancels that out.
