Surprised it took this long. If he spits in the face of people who don't want to be cool, he must spray in the mirror a lot.

I would be unsurprised in the least if it came to light that he refused to go to rehab knowing it would cost him his job. He seemed like he'd rather just work in WWC than anywhere else.

Not surprising. I'm surprised he's lasted this long. It seems as if they wanted big things for him at one time...but it just wasn't meant to be

Maybe they can pair Primo with Matt Hardy. Primo either gets teamed up with his cousin or Ted Dibiase, or both.

Maybe they can pair Primo with Matt Hardy. At the very least they can form their own little support group for brothers affected by lost pushes due to family wellness violations.

I could be totally wrong on this but I suspect Carlito was fed up with WWE creative and MGMTGeez, their new album wasn't THAT bad, was it?

Wow, that was....5 years too late.
The dude only really cared when he was teaming with Primo and we know what happened with that. Apart from that, he's been a bitchy, lazy and incompetent worker.

Too bad for Carlito, at one point I thought he was the future of the company.

Carlito showed maybe one flash of decent work in roughly 2006, when he had a few good matches with guys like Morrison and Shelton Benjamin (as well as the Gold Rush WM tourney match with RVD). Once he realized he wasn't getting pushed further than that, he stopped caring. The turning point was him jobbing clean on PPV to Orton during a time when Orton was working for free due to a wellness violation.
To be honest Carlito should have been released a long time ago.

I really dug the dude back when he was a fresh face, right after his debut. I didn't really care that he was heel...I liked his angle and what he was doing. He started to catch on fire a bit after that, but then WWE just totally and completely BOTCHED his face turn. Instead of merely redirecting his attitude towards heels instead of faces, and capitalizing on his burgeoning popularity, they neutered him and basically killed what made him "cool". Guy could have been the latter day Razor Ramon, if they'd let him. On that note, I don't blame him for being dejected and put out.
But after that point, his CONSTANT bitching and kevetching and whining really became tiresome. He quit putting forth effort in the ring, and anytime he was criticized, the bad matches were NEVER his fault.
Maybe he can go to TNA and, like Burke did, find that missing spark and become a breakout star there.
*shrug*
