Carlito has said before he doesn't want to live in Puerto Rico again. TNA would actually be perfect for Carlito in so many ways. 1) Hes still young and talented, they could use him. 2) The relaxed schedule would be better for his attitude. 3) Florida is so close to PR that he can work TNA as well as Puerto Rico on a regular basis without having to actually live in Puerto Rico. 4) If you do drugs and alcohol, you get title shots and even win them See RVD and Hall

Joey Mercury was fired for the same reason. Took something, passed out, got canned (Source: Joey Mercury's RF shoot) Cade's first firing happened the same way, after he passed out on a flight. Nick Dinsmore says hi.

Carlito: Sorry baby, I tried the best I could, honest... Can't come with me on this trip, Loaf. Getting the shakes now, last call for drinks, bars closing down... Sun's out, where are we going for breakfast? Don't wanna go far. Rough night, tired baby... Tired... The last of the Puerto Ricans.. Well maybe not the last.. Good luck Carlito.

Sort of related to Carlito's release. Anyone else a little worried at how razor thin the roster is now? This year, the WWE has fired 12 active wrestlers and had 3 retirements so far (HBK, Finlay, Tommy Dreamer). Most of those were supposed to free up space for new talent.....well, where are they? Because other than AmDrag, I don't see any of the other eliminated rookies making it back

So his dad isn't upset since the release was due to drug addiction, or does WWE not care as much about the PR market as we were led to believe?

Because TNA's roster is running thin on drug-addicted hacks who can't get past midcard level....

Regardless of whether or not Carlito goes back to the E, hopefully he gets cleaned up and doesn't become another sad story.

I love how, after [ b]being completely wasted for a year[/b][/u], this happens a week after Carlito finally gets an angle again. I feel more sorry for Primo, who looks like he's lost his chance of making it out of jobberdom.[/quote] lol

You know I really really like Carlito way back when he really seemed to have some good moves, a good look to him and good mike skills.
And then it was a long downward slide until that RAW office knockout...Carlito was done in the WWE then but apparently he suffered the Milton Glitch.
They fixed the glitch.
