Yet another Wrestlemania that won't come to the Bay Area. Maybe once the 49ers get their stadium in Santa Clara done, we'll be in a better position. And if the A's new stadium in San Jose turns out to be more than just a pipe dream, I could see them maybe doing it. And another major WWE event ignores Indy. I curse those families who tell the excited fans to pipe down and not make any noise. You killjoys are why we haven't had any PPVs in four years.

Are tickets really $200 for nosebleeds? Because I don't mind having s***ty seats but I'd rather not pay out my ass if I'm gonna get s*** tickets I imagine it's just that for NFL games (plus I heard on the radio there's a big gap between Giants game tickets and Jets game tickets). At least that's what I'm hoping. 90ish minute drive up the NJ turnpike to go to my first WrestleMania? Color me interested.

WrestleMania has never been later than April 7th. They can have it anytime in April they want, as Easter Sunday is on March 31st next year. April 14th may be OK. Heck, they can even have it on the 21st or the 28th. The only potential disaster for weather would be rain, and that is the story every time they have Mania outdoors. You are forgetting snow. This has potential to blow up in their face severely. Bad decision.

Official logo: ![](http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/497/alvq0rfcaaagxgp.jpg) Oh my God, bite me WWE. YOU'RE DOING EVERYTHING IN NEW JERSEY, THE EMPIRE @#$%ING STATE BUILDING IS IN NEW YORK. IT'S NOT NY/NJ, IT'S JUST NEW JERSEY.I'm even annoyed at the Giants and Jets for that now; used to excuse them still being "New York" since they practiced and had training camp in NY, but now both teams practice in New Jersey. Partially Incorrect sir. The Giants still have Training Camp in Albany... For one more year, at least.

Still, it's getting sillier and sillier. I suppose I'll keep an ear open about prices, but again, really not that pumped for this...unless Randy Savage gets into the Hall of Fame, then I have to show up in my Devils-themed Macho leather jacket.

I'd be surprised if that is the final logo they use. Seems to be similar to the "host committee" logo they have for Super Bowl cities. I mean it doesn't even have the 29 anywhere in it.
I could see them removing the building and replacing the NY/NJ with XXIX.

This has potential to blow up in their face severely. Bad decision. I suspect there will be a larger version of what we saw at WM24. It wouldn't surprise me if they came up with a temporary canvas roof concept that would at least shelter the main ground area up to the raised stands.

Weather over the last 5 years in East Rutherford, NJ on April 7: 2011: 52/41 trace amount of rain 2010: 91/55 no rain 2009: 48/39 no rain 2008: 51/41 no rain 2007: 42/30 no rain
So average: 57/41 That means it will probably be low 50s upper 40s by show time.

The weather was pretty much the only thing that made me uncomfortable. New Jersey is no Miami in late March.

Look at that! 91 degrees in 2010 on April 7, in the Meadowlands! Partially Incorrect sir. The Giants still have Training Camp in Albany... For one more year, at least. Ah, I had thought they'd moved all operations to the Timex center in East Rutherford. Still, it's getting sillier and sillier. Yeah, Suny Albany is still their summer home for one more year at least. But, I think they'll pack up and move it to Jersey in '13. I used to deliver food to a lot of the Giants in the dorms, when I was a fast food delivery driver some years back.

Sweet, WWE has now found a way to sell as many WrestleMania hoodies as they do T-shirts! Seriously, though. WrestleMania in NJ in April, I think the potential for disaster should make this MORE appealing and interesting to watch. I would think folks would be intrigued by this idea rather than turned off by it.
Anywho, I'll be there! About 1 1/2 hours up the NJ Turnpike for me!
