I don't remember the exact context, but during an interview Paul Bearer was doing some sort of trash-talking regarding Kane and Jim Ross had a quote that my friend and I thought was hilarious and would repeat all the time:
"He's your own son, you rotund demon!"

Something I loved about Heyman on commentary was when somebody was in a submission and reaching for the ropes, he'd say "He's so close, but SO far away." I always loved that.

That was the one match Michael Cole called well, and it was beautiful. He nailed the Eddie title win as well. Honestly, face Cole was really good when he had the right people with him. Lawler is just awful now. Get him out of the booth and give us JBL Like I said before: he did great during and after Lesnar/Eddie, but that final line (GOOD FOR YOU EDDIE) just kills the moment for me. |
