I like how out of all of the derrogatory things Bryan could have called a woman, the worst offense he could think of was calling AJ "fat." He said it because it makes no sense at all to say that to her. I found it amusing because there have been several instances the past couple of years where many of us here have gone into a rabid frenzy when someone has called a woman fat (see Mickie James and Natalya). It makes me wonder if WWE/Bryan is channeling that rage to give Bryan his heel heat back.

Calling AJ fat is a comedy-inducing and not a heat-generating line since she's been portrayed as a 95 pound girl and infact an almost malnourished woman (subtly suggesting that Daniel isn't feeding her anything but vegetables). Calling Mickie or Natalya fat is heat inducing in that in the very back parts of people's minds, they know that both of them are on the "thicker" end of the diva spectrum and they take offense to that.

I'm excited by the prospect of Damien Sandow debuting. I've grown to enjoy him thanks to FCW. Ditto. Also he's a hometown guy for me, he's friends with my older brother, so I'm absolutely pulling for the guy!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is why we should get excited over Damien Sandow: youtu.be/eCOIdVwwbyYI really hope his gimmick stays the same. Spotlights, poetry, pink trunks and all! Edit: Ack, can't get it to embed. Apologies!

Agreed here. Calling AJ fact is absurd, like heeling on the military, or saying you're not a fan of the black people. They maybe trying to salvage him as a heel, but I think it's over. He's Kurt Angle now.

Calling AJ fat and kicking her to the curb will make Bryan a bigger babyface than he's ever been. The fans popped when he told her to shut up, she gets no sympathy because she's written to be a total dope. Bryan got over being absurdly funny in a heelish manner, and this is just doing the same thing. I hope they're smart enough to roll with it.

Him telling her to shut up did pop some people but the general reaction in the crowd was "Tell me he didn't just say that" and the reaction by pretty much everyone on Twitter/Facebook was a very pro-AJ/Anti-Bryan sentiment, but WWE screwed it up by having her blatantly interfere in the tag match on the go-home Raw which soured a lot of people on her.

Even prior tp WrestleMania, there were many people who were pro-AJ and anti-Bryan and were hoping she would turn on him there. Looking at this taping it looks like they're trying to take away everything that made him so entertaining as a Heel. Dropping his angle with AJ and Bryan dropping his "YES!" chant.

I don't know. The over the top AJ diss sounds hilarious. And he doesn't really have a reason to use the "Yes" chant after Wrestlemania, considering he's supposed to be pissed he lost the title in such fashion.

Yes, but from this day forward, there will be no more interactions with AJ and no more "YES!" chant from Bryan. He's now a bitter and angry Heel who felt he got screwed of his title. He's basically Christian 2.0 now in terms of character.

A bitter and angry heel who the fans also feel got screwed over, thus resulting in anything that goes against to be met with jeers. It's a meta-effect; when they initially saw Del Rio confront Sheamus on Raw he got a return pop, but the moment that Del Rio brought up the line that he was the next challenger, the fans immediately took that as Daniel Bryan "losing his spot" and started heckling Del Rio. It's no longer a typical storyline, and the facebook/twitter mongs are always the last to the party.

He should be pissed for a little while, but we don't know what'll happen next do we?

Feel sorry for Sheamus, the guy is getting slaughtered by fans even though what happened wasnt his fault.I actually think Bryan going face is the only way to go now,AJ on the other hand should take a leaf out of Eves book and be heel, its hard to feel sympathy for the girl after all the weeks of being bullied by bryan, yet staying by him and screwing Sheamus over by intefering in the tag match some weeks back.On another note,im rather quite concerned for Beth, jobbed out at Mania to an injured non wrestling celeb now loses in under a minute to Nikki Bella..

Now that it's unknown when Kharma will return, WWE probably decided to move the divas feud to Kelly/Eve and will use Kelly as a transitional champion from Beth to Eve (or Eve will win it in a Triple Threat at Extreme Rules). As for what will happen with Bryan and Sheamus (reaction wise) it depends on how smarky the Raws until ER will be (for the record it's DC, London (doesn't count as they will add crowd reactions to segments) and Detroit) and the only Smackdown that matters (because of pipped in crowd reactions) is the next one, in Hampton, VA, as it will be a live Smackdown. Also, I've said this before, but if Bryan isn't in the World Title match at ER, then expect the Chicago crowd to take a massive dump on that match.

Smackdown looks like it's going to be fun. Yes! Damien Sandow looks like he has his FCW gimmick in tack. Hopefully, he'll have the same theme music. It suits him perfectly.

So, I see a SmackDown spoilers thread with 22 pages, and my immediate thought is "OMG SOMETHING MAJOR HAS HAPPENED!" i.e. Christian losing the title after 2 days; instead, I click into the thread, and find it's gone 22 pages because Daniel Bryan called A.J. fat.
Don't ever change, FAN.

Huh.
With the length of this thread, I honestly thought something happened on this show. Kinda disappointed, but this seems like a better SmackDown than the last few.
