So if he continues to get negative reactions they going to keep dubbing over it with those awful fake cheers?

This is brutal. NONE of these cheers happened for him. You can hear what the crowed is actually cheering for at points, but it's only for a second or two.

The next PPV is a Chicago crowed. One of the top 5 "smarkie" crowds in the world. Not to mention it's ROH's backyard, and D-Bry was loved their.
Sheamus has no chance. That crowed will eat him up, and spit him out.

Im glad, hes a terrible face, I hope they turn him heel again soon, he is more bearable that way.
Anyway, hard to do the seagull pop on RAW so maybe we will se less of him, just on SD.

That crowed will eat him up, and spit him out. The next night they're in Dayton, ROH's favorite stop in Ohio and the place where Bryan had his WWE debut. Sheamus is probably just begging for a stop in Iowa or something. This "kick the ref!" storyline might be to take him off TV via suspension and try to minimize this backlash.

If they do go with Bryan/Sheamus at Extreme Rules I can't wait to hear how the Chicago crowd reacts to that match.

It's times like this that I wish WWE would dare have a show in the Hammerstein again.

Sheamus is going to have to be suspended or something. This backlash against him isn't going well in their eyes so that's one way to have him save face and come back later once the dust has settled. Given that they expected him to have a lengthy title reign I'm not sure how it'll work out.

never been a Sheamus fan. He's just a jacked up dude with five moves.
Since Bryan is almost certainly wrestling for the title at the next PPV, which is in Chicago, things are not looking good for Sheamus at all.
But can I say, I really don't like the crowd editing policy at WWE. It's something you'd expect from a wrestling company in a totalitarian state.

Indeed. The poor guy could end up getting Cena'd here. Hell, even now they're planting the seeds for an authority figure feud with Laurinaitis, which is something they did with Cena and Bischoff to try and siphon the heat away when things started to go bad. But you know what they say... Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

I missed it, was it really that bad? No. It may have been had WWE left in a supposed promo segment where he was lustfully jeered, but without that it wasn't too bad and it's just the FAN once again beating guy when he's down (cf: Drew McIntyre, The Miz).

I think you could bring the guy back as a face and he could be hot again. He was getting great face reactions before Wrestlemania. The Rock turned heel after a very short face run in '98 due to a split reaction and then became a white hot face in '99. The crowd reaction had to be confusing one to viewers at home. Sheamus got piped in cheers at the beginning and for big spots in the match, but otherwise received a very mixed reaction throughout the match. Heck they were even some "si" "daniel bryan" and "del rio" chants that slipped through. It's funny, now that the WWE has finally started accepting Cena's reactions and are okay booking him against faces, they are sending Sheamus down the same path.

The wierd part is it didn't seem like they did that much, the crowd was dead for the divas match and Rytek's?(used to be Skip Sheffield, but I am not sure about the new name)match.
