Glad to see Sugar might have his head on straight again and is ready for a comeback. That said, my problem with Mixed Martial Archie....I mean, I get what it's meant to accomplish, and it DOES that. It's taking a friendly swipe at the Davey Richards archetype of the "serious business" wrestler, from what I've seen of it. It's just...I dunno, I even find PARODIES of that character boring.

They've been building tension between Dasher and TD at the last few events with TD cheating to win and Dasher not liking it. With Sugar talking about it on Twitter and seeming to return in a month I think it'll come to a head soon. Hold on. Sugar's coming back? *Fist pumps* He's been talking up the storyline on Twitter, just about healed from the broken arm and taken a few bookings from what I've read so I am assuming he'll be back soon. Seems odd to do otherwise. |

Yeah, I think they'll blow off the Veronica element to TD's character at the iPPV, and then focus on Sugar coming back to have issues with him.

I'm really excited for the Throwbacks/Archie and Colt match. Sounds like some great comedy.
Ophidian's transformation is really intriguing.

 5/28/2012: Attention Heiglmaniacs, I have some dire news so let's get down to the "nitty-gritty" as you say. Jakob has sustained injuries as of the "Aniversario" show in Manhattan. Due to these injuries, the world will be deprived of Jakob at CHIKARA's second iPPV on June 2nd. I'll be watching from home at GFL.tv und celebrating Tim's win/the defamation of Hallowicked's wrestling career in the comfort of mein "One For the Money" pajamas. I have a scratched cornea in mein right eye. This is from Ophidian spitting some venom in mein eye. He was obviously aiming for the wretched UltraMantis Black. This was clearly an accident. But fear not everybody, Jakob is a super tough guy pro-wrestler und in pro-wrestling, accidents happen where nobody is to really to blame. But there is a fine line between an honest to Heigl accident in the ring, und someone specifically targeting an injury proned area. Frightmare, you crossed that line with no remorse at "Aniversario" when you dropped me on mein neck with a very dangerous crucifix-like maneuver. This direct attack on me has resulted in re-aggravating mein hair-line fracture in mein T1 vertebra. I am back in that accursed neck brace again! Congratulations Frightmare, you put Jakob on the shelf. Now I will miss the mighty "Chikarsaurus Rex!" How deplorable that I must watch from the comfort of my bed like a common fan! Jakob demands recourse, Wink! Suspend this wild man immediately before more of your roster suffers the wrath of his reckless abandonment. I would hate to have to contact mein lawyer who is chomping at the bit for a lawsuit this cut and dry. Let me assure you, he is the greatest lawyer professional wrestling has ever seen. Suspend Frightmare or prepare for legal action, Wink. Jakob deserves swift retribution. JH |

Team Jew-Jitsu vs. The Throwbacks is now a Loser Leaves Town match. I think Archie loses the fall so that MMArchie gets retired, and he comes back in as Archibald Peck again.
