Her sloppiness and unmotivated work during her last WWE run, along with the unprofessional way she left WWE. Considering She was jobber fodder for most of her second WWE Run, I'd hardly call her sloppy. And I don't blame her for being unmotivated in WWE as they barely gave her anything to be motivated about.

If that doesn't motivate her she doesn't deserve anything more. Also, she was sloppy from the moment she returned, in her matches against the supposed best like Beth, Mickie and Melina and that caused her lack of use. Even then, even if you think she wasn't treated right, put on good to great matches and deserved better, that doesn't excuse her absolute bullshit move on live TV during a match when she wanted to quit.

I know many people didn't like how she left the WWE but I thought it was hilarious, kinda wish more people would do things like that. I genuinely don't see the comedy in someone on what I'm sure is a well paying contract act like an unprofessional child to make a point. Say something to the boss if you have a problem. The way I understand is she did try to talk to those above her but they just didn't care.

I couldn't stand the way she quit. Sometimes, you have to leave the backstage s*** exactly there, backstage. You don't go out there and embarrass not only yourself, but the company and the business just because you can. Which is exactly what she did.

All I saw was an Accident, but if She did it on purpose, More power to her.

I don't have any issue with this. I do appreciate longer reigns. I wish she had better challengers though. But then again, TNA has some great talent for her to face and I'm not sure why they're not being used.

I don't think most people saw what she did until later, I saw it on youtube like a week or two after it happened. It really didn't seem that noticeable.

What's wrong with putting people over? That's kinda important and how a lot of people in WWE made their careers. It also doesn't excuse acting like a complete bitch toward the end, IMO. Given how TNA books people, how long until she is in the same boat with Sarita, Tara, Angelina, Rosita, Traci and so on? Is she going to throw a fit then and walk out?

The way she quit WWE soured a lot of people on her, I think. This definitely caused my opinion of her to go down a few notches.

I loved the way she Left the WWE. I dont see why so many have a problem with it. She wasn't being used right in her opinion and let. Better then spend ten years th ere being nothing but a jobber and a sell out if you think you can put on greater matches in another company.
It might not be your opinion but it was hers and she did what she thought was right. Can't knock her for that.

I don't like her cause she's a awful heel. She's better as a underdog.

If it were the goddesses like Trish or Lita who left like Gail they would be given excuses.

No, you go about things the right way and talk to people in the back about it, not freaking walk out of a match on live TV, tell the boss you quit and leave the arena. WWE is actually real good about letting people go that don't like how they are being used, think they can be better used elsewhere or even listening to them and trying to address their concerns in someway if possible. Acting like a spoiled brat isn't how to get things done.

I am proud of Gail for standing up for herself. Not Everyone is going to go to the office.
