What's it matter what's marketable? Rock / Cena's headlining and it's the damn SmackDown title match. It could be Trent Baretta vs. Jinder Mahal and it wouldn't hurt the buyrate.

Yeah, that was my thought too. You have Rock vs. Cena. There's your draw. Most of the people who would buy the show would probably buy it for that. The ones that wouldn't would probably be more interested in Daniel Bryan vs. Mark Henry than Randy Orton vs. Mark Henry.

Hell, I don't even like Orton but I don't know that I would just because Bryan's character is so damn bland and I don't think he should be in the main event scene for another two or three years.

The better match would be Bryan vs Orton but I don't want Bryan anywhere near a mainevent so give me Sheamus vs Henry.

Sheamus vs. Mark Henry for me.
I have a LOT of faith in Sheamus. I could see him winning the Rumble and moving on to topple the juggernaut that is Mark Henry after he came so close to doing it during Summerslam.

A Bryan heel turn would make this interesting.

I think Sheamus actually could become the number 2 babyface in the company and take over Punk's spot.

Option D: Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan
Bryan's got some quality wins, but Sheamus is a guy that he's come close to beating but never could pull it off. Sheamus is Bryan's glass ceiling in milk form. The match would be fantastic, and it would be cool to see a match that was bumped from last year's Mania be a top match at the next one.

As for the match options, I've got to go with Henry/Sheamus. I'd be more interested in seeing that than Orton/Bryan, which though the match would be good I have no faith that the E would put Bryan over Orton, and given the way he's been booked so far, I'm not that sure I'd want them to.

Bleacher Report = No read I would normally agree but it was taken from the members only part of F4online so I made an exception this time

Basically they are torn between Henry's great run (where "the beast" would best be conquered at Mania) and Bryan's MITB Mania promise.
BUT...Bryan vs. Henry is NOT an option to them.
I kinda get it...but, at the same time, it's true that with Rock vs. Cena that the undercard could be anything and the show would still be BIG.
In my eyes...Sheamus vs. Henry is the most appealing match while Orton vs. Bryan as face vs. face is the least (Bryan will NOT be cheered...the mentioned Bryan vs. Christian is indeed a better option if WWE wants the big face Title win).
Paco's POV: Sheamus/Henry > Bryan/Christian > Bryan/Henry >>>>> Bryan/Orton
Screw it...it will be a Multi-Man ;D

Oh, we agree on something, kinda. But seriously yeah, the WWE title and Rock vs. Cena is what's going to bring in the bulk of people. They'd be better off making sure the Smackdown title match is a good in-ring match to get the crowd excited, rather than trying to pit two big name superstars against each other to try and boost buyrates.

Rock/Cena being on the PPV doesn't mean they should just do anything with the title matches. The other matches should still be put together with the idea of drawing interest.
WWE is right to still be thinking about which matches will be 'bigger'. It still a Wrestlemania title match, and should still be a big deal, regardless.

Yeah, Bryan/Orton is not a very good idea at all, because even if they turn Orton heel, I'm not sure if they could get the crowd to cheer Bryan over him. There's no doubt that it'd be an incredible match, but as far as fan reaction goes, it'd be all wrong and the total opposite of what they wanted. I still believe Bryan/Henry would be a fantastic way to really put Bryan over and make him look more legit by beating the unstoppable monster on the grandest stage of them all. But if they really don't want to do that, I can see this becoming a triple threat in some form, with either Bryan/Orton/Henry or Bryan/Orton/Christian.

Sheamus/Henry or Bryan/Christian for me.
Only question is what Orton's gonna be doing in that case. Can't really leave the guy off the card.
