www.wwe.com/shows/raw/2011-10-03/solidarity-rallyThree things... 1. I love how they're doing their damndest to make this look like a huge deal. While some people may not agree, I'm intrigued by all of this. 2. I like how the article states that Christian is the unofficial ringleader of the protesting group. This either makes look him really important, or sets him up for a ultimate fall. 3. Looking at the pic in the article, one of these things is not like the others...

This is getting fun, I just hope it doesn't just lead to either side giving in by the end of the first hour.

Picket signs or GTFO.
I wanna see the witty things they'll come up with on their signs.

I agree. It's a lot of fun. I love how they are playing this out. I also enjoyed the #OccupyRaw tweets, Morrison's continued HHH bashing, and Miz's legal updates. I wish Raw was in Philly instead of Oklahoma City, so I could go and support them.
I see what doesn't fit! It's Cody with the mask on, right?

This is a funner version of the '99 referee strike, isn't it?

There's a lot of great stuff about this angle so far - I just wish it all felt more warranted, that there really was the "loss of control" the announcers keep talking about. They just didn't go far enough with the build-up. But, if they keep selling the aftermath as well as they've been so far, I think I'll be able to play along and enjoy it.

Over/under on the roster all showing up in their ring gear, even though they've walked out?

Yeah, it actually would have made more sense after the Nexus debut. Everyone walking out on Vince for not being able to handle it and all the other things Vince has put the company through.

Over/under on the roster all showing up in their ring gear, even though they've walked out? An absolute guarantee.

Curt Hawkins is not putting up with it and is gonna refuse to do superstars and NXT for now on(Not really but I think it would be hilarious if him and Tyler Reks did)

I still don't like the political undertones of this.

I still don't like the political undertones of this. Undertones imply subtlety. That's sorely lacking here. I dislike it on the grounds that the main event Monday was HHH being walked out on. This story is fine, if they can work actual wrestling into it. They haven't done that very well yet.

I still don't like the political undertones of this. Can you explain? I'm curious what you mean by "political".

I agree with your point about subtlety... You can blatantly see what side is intended to be "right" (*cough*) based solely where all the heels went, and that all of the main babyfaces appear to be HHH loyalists.
Though I still wonder where that leaves everybody else that walked out. Unless... they get depicted as having been "swayed by the piper's flute"... Ugh...
/trying not to get too political, but this angle makes it damned hard
Edit to address: This angle is pretty much developing into a union-busting storyline with the heels wanting to form a union in all but name and walking out on the company, and Triple H having his company loyalists and wanting to put them back in their unsafe working environment, etc, etc.
