How does Hathaway stack up to previous Catwomen? The best one ever for my money.

All I will say is Bane's swagger was off the charts.

Absolutely awesome. Totally lived up to my expectations and it very well may be my favorite of the Nolan trilogy. Tom Hardy was awesome as Bane and I loved Hathaway as Catwoman.
Thank you Christopher Nolan for such a great series of movies. /fanboy mode

I forgot to look for Elijah Burke/Pope D'Angelo Dinero. Did anyone notice him as one of Bane's henchmen?

I also had that problem myself. Thirded. Sounded like Sean Connery speaking through a bullhorn.

Kept an eye for him but didn't see anything. Also, as someone pointed out on TV Tropes: {Spoiler}Some days, you can get rid of a bomb.

Upon reflection I found it kinda disappointing. It wasn't nearly as good as Avengers or even Spider-Man. Yes the story was well told and Nolan is a smart director (big fan of Inception and enjoyed the previous two) It wasn't until the last half hour that it started to get really good and the ending just didn't sit right with me. So it was a good film but again, to borrow a criticism used throughout the serious, it just didn't feel like a comic book hero movie.

Along those same lines, I've seen the "Big 4" movies for the Summer and after one viewing of each I initially rank them:
1) Amazing Spider-Man 2) Avengers 3) Dark Knight Rises 4) Prometheus
That could change following repeated viewings though.

I would go:
1. Avengers 2. Amazing Spider-Man 3. The Dark Knight Rises 4. Prometheus
And I think I can safely say now that Avengers is my favourite movie ever.

My rankings would be:
1. Batman 2. Spiderman 3. Avengers 4. Prometheus
Though I have never really been huge into the Marvel movies with the exception of Spiderman and am a huge Batman fanboy. So yea.

I mean, it's still a badass movie and I'm glad I saw it and will probably see it again at least a few more times, but there are some faults (with me at least). There were a few creative liberties the movie took that I wasn't particularly fond of along with the fact that it does take a bit of time before it really picks up and get going. The ending wasn't that great and what they were implying before the real ending was revealed would have been a more fitting ending to the trilogy (in my opinion, of course).

1. Avengers (If DKR was supposed to be the big bang climax of the nolan-verse, THIS was easily the same for the entirety of Marvel's Movie Universe.) 2. Amazing Spiderman (i loved the balance between peter and spidey, but didn't like him having his mask off so much) 3. Dark Knight Rises (wasn't enough batman imo)

This is tough, cause I'll take bane over every other movie, but as a whole:
1. Avengers 2. Amazing Spiderman 3. TDKR

{Spoiler} I hope this movie doesn't turn into a Sopranos or Inception level of silly back and forth interpretation of what, in this case, is a completely clear and obvious revelation that Bruce Wayne survives. Yet, I still see idiots arguing that he's dead on other boards.
The Autopilot being fixed revelation is clear and precise exposition. And the sequence at the end is literal. Bruce and Selina are sitting there, it's real, not a dream. Bruce gets to live his life, Selina as well, and Alfred gets closure and relief that all is as he hoped. The end.

Yup. Not that I'm criticizing you or anything because I agree completely but I still the the implied ending would have been better.
