{Spoiler}I love how throughout the whole movie Bane was essentially in "I am not the motherf***er to mess with" mode, he just oozed confidence. Maybe too much confidence, in the end. He hangs those three guys' bodies on the bridge, kills multiple people effortlessly (like when he just kneels on that special forces officer's neck), and utterly decimates Batman in their first encounter.
I will say that with Joker, I never really felt worried for Batman. Sure, Joker was completely mental but, once Batman overcame the mental tactics, Joker was dealt with rather easily. It's safe to say that most people on this board knew that once that gate closed on Batman in the sewer, leaving him alone with Bane, he was completely boned. That scene was perfect. Really liked how it had no music, made Batman's struggle that more apparent.

I loved it. I can't help but wonder what happened to The Joker during the events of the film. I know he character is still alive after TDK. I understand why they didn't want to recast him but I would of at least liked a reference to him. Or maybe they can release a comic or animated film that takes place on the Nolan Verse that explains what happened to him. my theory is that the other inmates were so pantshittingly afraid of the guy they left him locked up in whatever solitary confinement room he was put in.

I can't help but think that the Gotham football team would look much better in Blue and Orange (Bears colors) than Black and Gold.

I was just disappointed that Gotham's football team was called the Rogues. they should've been called the Gotham Knights. the Rogues is something the Central City/Keystone City's team would be called (and their mascots would be chibi versions of Captain Cold, Heatwave and Mirror Master).

Personally, partial to the idea that Joker was executed at some point. That or he's in a federal holding cell somewhere far away from Gotham. {Spoiler}Though I would've marked the hell out for a joke of him making a run for the bridges first thing, because Joker would totally do that.

Agreed. I think, if Joker was in Blackgate or Arkham, he was in a part so deep, getting him out would have been more trouble than it was worth.

My guess for as far as where Joker would be is... {Spoiler}still in Arkham. I believe only the Black Gate prisoners were released, not Arkham, so he's still locked up.

{Spoiler}One thing that doesn't add up for me is the amount of wear and tear on Bruce's body. What had he been doing these last eight years to clock up that much damage to his body?
If he'd been actively doing his Batman thing the whole time I could understand it, but it's stated Batman disappeared the night Harvey Dent died, and Bruce wasn't falling apart at the seams then, and IIRC he'd only been Batman for a year or two at the start of TDK.
In TDK he's a bit beat up, sure, but the condition his doctor described in TDKR are indicative of many years of sustained abuse.

Could we not just have a thread and put spoilers in the title of it, and then just type?
Having to click all the little spoiler buttons to see what people have said is really damn annoying.

How could he climb with his limp? I say limp because he was only healed with that knee tech thing. Did Bane let him keep that? After he got his back fixed, he seemed pretty healthy too, doing pushups, getting buff. Looked like a bad diet too.

If you remember he is limping to the Batpod.

That he could be still in jail or escaped or standing right behind you there with a smile on his face, waiting to stab you if you turn around and check so don't or watching an opera.......

That kind of damage comes from sustained and prolonged wear and tear, not from a single impact.
