This thread is progressing under the assumption that women actually know what they want, when in reality you shouldn't care. It always boils down to one of these two things. A). You're not attractive enough B) You're boring. I never got the whole nice/bad guy thing, cause it doesn't matter. Not to women at least.

What if the "nice guy" is like this: Mr. Rogers was emphatically a good guy, not an internet "nice guy." Not a trace of bitterness, entitlement, or misogyny in him. He'd be a catch, for sure. |

I get so confused with the whole "nice guy" and "bad boy" thing. My definition of a "nice guy" is someone who treats others the way he'd like to be treated...is thoughtful, respectful, loyal, kind, and considerate. Y'know...nice! However, thanks to the internet, I've come to realize "nice guy" means womanizing prick. A dude who only pretends to be nice because all he really wants is sex and he demands sex after doing so many good deeds. On the other hand, I used to think a "bad boy" was a guy who acts all tough and tries so hard to be cool and nice...when all he really wants is sex with women after doing so many cool or..."nice" deeds! Then my ex-girlfriend tells me I'm a bad boy because I play "cool" games like Vampire: The Masquerade and have a great sense of humor. What?? I always figured I was the furthest away from being a "bad boy."
Anymore, I just go with the flow and try to not categorize dudes as "nice guy" or "bad boy."

yeah I agree with that for sure. IMO Bad Boy = Criminal, no "guy who does his own thing"
