I ask you the following question:
What would you think if TNA ended a PPV like that?
Would you still ask people to wait and see how it goes?

Depends on the context. If TNA did it just for the sake of having a swerve, than I would hate it. If it made sense in the narrative, as last night did, IMO, then I'd be fine with it.
Your mileage may vary, of course.

The thing I hated about the ending was that it inexplicably just ended before the match was over. The announcers give you no help there either. They don't know what to say because it isn't a natural ending that makes sense.
After Big Show's carnage there was still time left for the match to continue as far as kayfabe goes since it was 10:52 EST. It's not like the announcers could say, "We're out of time!" No, Big Show's music just plays and then you get the copyright info as the show ends.
I am sure that just about every fan in the arena and watching at home thought the match was still underway before they played Big Show's music. I mean, how many times have we seen someone knock-out a referee and the match continues. If Orton or Bryan knocked out the referees, then I could understand stopping the match. Then it would be a disqualification and the ending would make sense. Also, who called for the stop of the match? Not the referees. In kayfabe, who decided to play Big Show's music while there was seemingly still a match going on? I guess it will be treated as a 'no contest.'
I miss the days when matches ended for a reason and when a REFEREE stopped a match, followed by a RINGBELL! Then a ring announcer ANNOUNCED THE OFFICIAL DECISION! I pointed it out when WWE first started doing it. Sadly, they just do it all the time now and people accept it.

Of course. Isn't "Wait and See" TNA's official slogan? Maybe now that Hogan's gone, they can rebrand themselves as W8NCW.

I ask you the following question: What would you think if TNA ended a PPV like that? Would you still ask people to wait and see how it goes? I would just go blind with rage. I mean, never mind that it's the exact same finish but the letters TNA just set me off!!! So, we still going with this whole "the world is out to get TNA" attitude? Aight.

I would expect nothing less from TNA.
I always figure a PPV isn't over until after the next RAW so I'm not to phased YET by last night.

Well I defended Hulk Hogan and Abyss banishing Fourtune to Hades so I think I'm a pretty fair dude.

I'd be a little more annoyed since TNA only has four pay per views a year, but I guess it depends if it made sense for the story or not.

The difference is that WWE doesn't exclusively f*** everything up.

I was at the Hogan/Sid Wrestlemania and that ending still bugs me(as well as the fact that it should have been Hogan vs. Flair). Anyway, I would be mad if I was there expecting to see a title change(from Mr.Vacant) last night or if I had ordered the PPV. PPVs shouldn't end like that.

I'd riot in the street. By myself. Probably kick a mark or something. People's standards are just so much lower for the bush-league that is WWE. The OP has exposed the dirty hypocrite that is the the unattainable standard to which people only hold one 'rasslin company.
Sloppily painted on the dirty underbelly of the wrestling world is a message containing rage so ass-explodingly intense it is known only by the name of TNA Impact Wrestling Hogan's Wrestling Heroes "That Other Wrestling Show With The National Telvision Deal" W8NC Wrestling.

How does everyone who hated the ending feel about referee Steve Austin beating Kane and Undertaker?

TNA do something like this every PPV and Every Impact (sometimes more than once in one night)
WWE cock up like this once in a blue moon.
Plus in the post-kayfabe world this could easily be spun in to something to get mega heat on someone like The Big Show tonight. Plus it probably caused alot of tweeting which equals publicity to the WWE which equals more eyes on Raw tommorrow.
I hate to quote Bischoff and give him any credit but the one thing he got right was that Controversy does indeed create cash.

Didn't Chikara do something similar at their last big show?

People have defended the ending? I've seen people going "well I didn't mind it so much", but I haven't seen an out and out "That was great!"
