Definitely Rock vs. Cena II: not only was the result of the match obvious, but every single step of the build was obvious and widely predicted from the moment on Raw 1000 when the Rock announced he would challenge the champion at the Royal Rumble - Punk may as well have just handed Cena the belt at Raw 1000 and saved everyone some time.
The only slight doubt in my mind of the result was that the whole thing was SO obvious that they must have had something unexpected in mind. Sadly, they didn't.

On the Hardcore Holly scale (and I still say Rock/Cena II qualifies given how obvious the whole thing was like 9 months in advance) then I'd say Big Show vs. Big Boss Man is definitely worth a mention.
I mean - did anyone ever really think the BIG BOSS MAN could win the WWF title in 1999? (Or at all really, but certainly in '99?)
Big Show had only just won the title (unexpectedly as I recall admittedly) and the Boss Man had done some of the most cartoonish OTT heel tactics to the Big Show imaginable - was he really ever going to drop the title to the Big Boss Man?

HHH vs. Booker T wasn't for a title. that was for the big gold belt Mania though, not Summerslam.

CM Punk vs. The Rock from the Rumble and EC earlier this year. Couldn't have been less doubt in Rock winning the title initially, and even less for the rematch.

Cena/HBK at Mania 23. I don't think there was a second that I thought Michaels would win.

Austin vs Angle Unforgiven 2001. After 9/11, Angle all American babyface against evil alliance leader Austin, in Angles home town, after Austin cheated to win to defeat Angle at SS. Even with this, both the Summerslam and Unforgivrn matches are classics, and in my favourite matches all time list, I cannot believe this wasn't the first response, let alone not brought up until page 2 Kurt Angle, American Olympic Hero, IN HIS HOMETOWN, LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER 9/11. There was no possibility on this Earth Angle would have lost that match. Zero. Even Holly had a chance for a two night run before Lesnar destroys him in a rematch on Smackdown.

Edge vs Rey Mysterio, No way out 2008. It was clear as day they were setting up Edge vs Taker. JBL VS Beeg Show No way out 2005. Once Cena won the number 1 contender spot, it was obvious they were setting up the JBL/Cena program for Mania. So You are calling him Beeg Show on purpose. Huh, Thought it was a typo.

I think the outcome in Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels was never in doubt. And which title was that for? Oops I misread. But yeah, title or no title, this outcome wasn't in doubt.
