With the pending world title unification, now would be a good time to do it imo. It will give low card guys like Woods, Ryder, Bourne if he ever comes back something to do. it would also might be a good way to bring up NXT guys. Of course there is the potential for hornswoggle and el torito shenanigans, but besides that why not?

Only if they drop the weight limit to 180 or so. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan would've been cruisers in the 90s. Their average wrestler is around 200 pounds these days, so to be a cruiserweight you'd need to be smaller than that.

There's already too many titles. If they were to bring any title back, I'd like it to be the Hardcore one.

Nah, they should bring back the light heavyweight title.

No.
Unify the WHC and WWE Titles, make the IC title essentially what it was before the WHC was around and stole it's place in the food chain, and make the US title the mid-card belt like it has been. So you have the WWE title for the main eventers, the IC title for the upper card and those on the cusp of main event, and you have the US title for those on their way up or on their way down.
Even that's stretching it. With the roster size the WWE has currently, they could honestly get away with only having the WWE title and the IC title.

Nah, they should bring back the light heavyweight title. what's the difference? The Cruiserweight Title has been tainted by Hornswoggle winning it, whilst the Light Heavtweight Title is only tainted by Gillberg winning it.

Nah, they should bring back the light heavyweight title. what's the difference? The cruiserweight title was created by wcw therefore it is garbage. They should debut the prestigious title title!

TBH, I'd like it if WWE did what they used to when the had the Women's Championship as a RAW exclusive and the CW Championship as a SmackDown exclusive. Give each show a selling point.

As long as the Cruisers aren't treated like jobbers, then yes.

Yep. There should always be five titles: WWE, IC, Tag, Cruiserweight and Divas.
Bring it back with a tournament that ends with a Wrestlemania face vs face final between Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara.
Rey should be the first champ with a thank you run, before passing the high-flying torch to Adrian Neville.

They should do an annual cruiserweight cup that ends at Night Of Champions.

WWE has over 50 guys right now and I got that number skipping over guys who rarely wrestle Your point? WWE had roughly that amount back in the heyday when they only had the tag titles, the WWE title and the IC title. It's doable. Partially the reason why titles mean so little these days is because there are so many and everybody gets a turn. With the trio of belts I mentioned or even just the WWE and IC, plus the tag and Divas, that's more than enough for a roster of their size. It would give the divisions actual depth to them and could potentially help to make the titles feel more important and more prestigious again. Rater than being gaudy looking props. Not everyone gets to win the SuperBowl, not everyone gets to win the World Series, the same should apply to the titles. Admittedly it won't fix everything, but it would be a step in the right direction.

God no. WWE has no idea how to book a cruiserweight division and they never have.

Since the idea of a weight limit title is dead, and a good number of upper carders are cruiserweights, I suggest bringing back the Hardcore Title and unofficially make it the new high flier belt. Have the high fliers break out ladders and tables, jump the barricades and use the entire ringside area as their environment.

I would much rather them focus on the US, IC and tag belts. Make hot feuds in all three divisions.

No
I'd favour making the IC title the de facto cruiserweight title.
No title should ever be created just give jobbers to the stars "something to do"
