Of all the shows based in Cali the freakin Brady Bunch? That is a head scratcher. I had no idea the Brady Bunch even took place there. Beverly Hills 90210 and The Rockford Files were the first two I thought of with California settings.

All I was hoping for was MTM because it's the show I most associate with a particular state.

Well, outside of South Park I can't even think of any other shows based in Colorado, so that makes sense. Colorado's also got Mork and Mindy, Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman and Community. And given how stupidly popular and significant The Brady Bunch was, it makes sense to include it. Granted, California is stacked, but it's clearly near the top of most culturally significant shows.

What the hell is "Medium"? CBS show where Patricia Arquette played a psychic medium who uses her gift to help solve crimes (so Psych, but real). Ran for a good while and got Patricia Arquette a bunch of awards.

Irony In Golden Girls being popular in Florida seeing as the show was based in Miami. That's why it's for Florida, it's showing the most popular shows based in the different states. So it's like Golden Girls was the show set in Florida that was most popular everywhere according to who drew the map.

Really, Smallville doesn't deserve to be on there. Gunsmoke took place in Kansas, and was on TV for like twenty years. Yeah, I think Gunsmoke is quite a bit more memorable than Smallville. Of course, I had to look up the show that took place here in West Virginia. I have never even heard of Hawkins. It only lasted 7 episodes so that may be why. I'm just glad they didn't pick Buckwild. I try to pretend that show never happened.

Uh isn't eureka based in ya know eureka California? The Simpsons should be oregons Eureka is based in a fictional town in Oregon. While Groening has said he based it on an Oregon town, he also later said that it isn't actually in Oregon, but a fictional state. The show contradicts itself too often to really be able to say.

New Jersey being Sopranos makes complete sense. Could go with Boardwalk Empire eventually, too. Otherwise, all I can think of would be Clerks TAS, Megas XLR, and some worthless reality shows.

I never got into Grace Under Fire, but very few shows are set in Missouri except for the short lived On Our Own, the (best not remembered) Work It, and I think one episode of NewsRadio.
