Illinois, California, and New York had to be the hardest to nail down. I can see the case for Brady Bunch and Seinfeld though but I disagree personally but Illinois is just wrong to me. I liked Married with Children..., but no way it beats out ER, Roseanne, Hillstreet Blues, or Good Times.

Didn't realize Rhode Island was so small.

I started looking at the list and I think that they got a few wrong: Arkansas - "Designing Women" instead of "Evening Shade" Almost positive "Designing Women" was set in Georgia (Atlanta specifically) and not Arkansas. That's probably why they used "Georgia on My Mind" as their theme song.

"One Day At A Time" was in the Top 20 for the first 8 of its 9 seasons...more importantly, it showed that Indiana is an actual state with cities and everything. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

So proud my state is represented by Married With Children. Al Bundy rules!

I figured Ohio would get WKRP in Cincinnati, not sure how popular it is though. Never seen an episode of Family Ties. I was thinking the same thing but I'm pretty sure that's Michael J Fox's show so I guess it makes sense.

The show had standout characters but was not a huge hit. Family Ties definitely was a huge hit.

That's probably why they used "Georgia on My Mind" as their theme song. So it was. My apologies. Guess Arkansas is stuck with Burt Reynolds' semi hit then. That's still miles better than the longest running show to be set in New Hampshire (though it looks more like NYC or Boston).

Considering other options were Duck Dynasty and Swamp People I'm alright with being represented by True Blood.
