I don't see anything in here about casting, so whoopdy-frickin-doo so far. Who cares about the cast, any actor in the Marvel movies except for Downey and Ruffalo are just genericly handsome dialogue dispenser robots anyway. |

Bumpity bump bump. Mordo is reportedly not the only villain and Mads Mikkelsen is in early talks to play them. variety.com/2015/film/news/doctor-strange-mads-mikkelsen-1201549501/maybe The Baron won't be the main villain? Maybe this is just Mordo getting snubbed and pissed off for a future movie... or maybe Mordo communicates/works with/tries to summon one of the Demons that Strange fights (Dormarmu/Shuma/Mephisto/etc.) Setting them up for a future star villain role... or maybe he's just some schmoe that works for Mordo... Speculation abound!  |

This just seems like it's going to be the worst of the Marvel movies. Strange is a boring character. He's ok as the go-to guy for magical advice but his storys or whenever he plays a major role in other issues are all kinda boring.

I loved the Doctor Strange animated movie, so I'm really excited for this. My familiarity with him is limited to that movie and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

This just seems like it's going to be the worst of the Marvel movies. Strange is a boring character. He's ok as the go-to guy for magical advice but his storys or whenever he plays a major role in other issues are all kinda boring. Strange isn't boring it's Baron Mordo who is dull, the guy has done nothing memorable and is a walking what if Dr Strange was evil character. Xandu would be a more interesting evil wizard than Mordo. If they do really up the Kirby mystical dimensions then it could be really good and if they add in a few demons then all will be fine (Strange has plenty of obscure demons to pick from no need to waste Nightmare, Dormammu, Shuma-Gorath or D'Spayre here). |

Some of his stuff is very entertaining. It's not for everyone though. I loved The Oath. It was a great story. |

Personally, though I'd like it better if it was something small and not something completely central to the plot like the other gems were.

That's not going to work since the James Gunn has confirmed that the cocoon in Guardians contained Adam Warlock and we see that it's open during the scene after the credits. |
