Can we say that this has the best cast of any superhero movie ever? I feel like I should be expecting an Oscar-bait pic set in Victorian England than an MCU flick.

See, Marvel gets it. Theyy don't think "how can we change this character to make him suitable for movie audiences", they look at the comic and try their best to bring that character to life and maybe drop one or two impractical details (Thor's dumb wing helmet, Scarlet's weird hat).

Wow, he looks picture perfect. Wonderfully authentic looking outfit, and his facial features work really well.
And I'm now more curious than ever to see how he acts as Stephen Strange the Tony Starkesque jerk doctor, which is of course not the Stoic Sorcerer Supreme Strange we all know Cumberbatch will pull off with ease.

I don't think it's a stretch to guess that the glowing green object in the eye is an {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}infinity stone. The question is which one? Kevin Feige is quoted in Entertainment weekly as saying: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}So the time stone? The Soul stone was the popular fan theory. I'm curious if anyone has a guess how this will line up with the popular "Stones spelling out THANOS" theory. |
