Theres a long list, but I'll start.
Jerry Lawler in early-2011. I felt like he should've been given the belt at the Rumble, perhaps a one month reign, lose it to the Miz at Elimination Chamber and then beat Michael Cole for revenge at WM.
Yet...he doesn't win anything, gets a Russorific finish against Cole and as a result achieved nothing.
Anything else?

Both that and Bret v McMahon, they should have been quick 5 minute beatdowns, heel gets comeuppance, everyone laughs and moves on. Instead Bret pulverises Vince slowly and boringly until you're almost on Vince's side, and Lawler has to feud with Cole for weeks afterwards, dragging things out painfully.

That time Kharma broke down and started crying in the middle of the ring.
Kevin Nash joining the 'Summer of Punk'.
Everything that happened to Zack Ryder after he won the U.S. title.
Ryback constantly getting jumped by The Shield and then turned heel.
Firing Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal after they had been on TV with Slater instead of just finding something else for them to do.
Breaking up Cryme Tyme and them not getting the tag titles.
Real Americans and Prime Time Players getting broken up and not getting the tag titles but the New Aged Outlaws were able to waltz in and get a tag title run.
Curtis Axel aka Michael Mcgillicutty with a new name as the new Paul Heyman guy. Plus all the stuff with HHH and him just not able to continue and that one RAW that ended with HHH drinking water on the outside of the ring.

- Booker T/Triple H at WrestleMania XIX, if Booker wasn't winning they should have never brought up the race card.
- World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber at SummerSlam 2003. Goldberg killing everyone and then winning should have been the actual match.

One thing I found really irritating...
Remember it was about last year when it looked like they were going to have a badass Survivor Series match with The Shield and The Wyatt Clan going up against CM Punk, D. Bryan Danielson, The Rhodes Boys and the Usos?
A match so potentially awesome I would've bought Survivor Series right there?
They gave that shit away on a Raw.
To this day, I'm still confused as to why they didn't book that for Survivor Series.
