A backlash against Reigns isn't inevitable but it will be if the rate of his current push continues without WWE remembering to freshen him up.
It will be Cena syndrome all over again.

So I was frequenting another message board and I noticed someone posting this up. Apparently Maffew of Botchamania fame brought up a good point about how the voting was done.  That is a very interesting layout design for the poll, I will say that much. |

I think it was legit voting on RAW. There is no way WWE would want that many winners not being at the show. It felt like only Seth Rollins appeared to collect his award, it was stupid.

Ok, let me put it another way. I'm taking aim at the deluded people that like to imagine there's a Reigns backlash / the fans are rejecting Reigns when actual evidence points completely to the contrary. So you're flaming and baiting people, really the board as a whole, despite how long you've been here and known the rules? Come on. No, I'm not baiting. In simple terms, if you think Roman Reigns isn't over with the crowd, you are deluded. And anyone that thinks that he isn't over, is also deluded. It's not baiting, it's a cold hard fact. Deluded is completely the right term for it. If someone doesn't like being called deluded then maybe engage in debate or try and argue the point that there actually is a backlash in the offing for Reigns, despite the fans blowing the roof off of the place when his music hits. |

What was that about an inevitable Roman Reigns backlash again? Well, there will be a Roman Reigns Backlash. WWE is bringing back Backlash next year and Roman Reigns is gonna headline! BELIVE DAT! But will Joey Styles be returning to it? I personally don't think he's good enough. |
