I cannot see how Bryan is medically cleared to return. He looked visibly ill during RAW. Go watch it again, his face reveals his hidden illness that he is trying to hide. I do not want Bryan to drop dead in the ring. I have a very ill feeling that something bad is going to happen to him on the level of Owen Hart or the Chris Benoit tragedy. Just what the WWE does not need. I feel like there should be a secret camera recording people's reactions to reading this.

Yes, clearly WWE is paying Bryan's doctors to tell him he's cleared to wrestle.
"Oh yeah, Mr. Danielson, you're perfectly healthy for in ring activity. Wink."
"You just said wink, what does that mean?"
"It just means you're, good to go, hint hint, nudge nudge."

After how the WWE completely disregarded the health and welfare of CM Punk, I am worried Bryan is being told specific things to get him back in the ring when he really should take the time off and heal up right. What I think happened is he was told recently that it would be at least another year or more if he got the treatment he really needed and he did not want to wait that amount of time, or the WWE did not want to wait. I think he chose to gamble and come back not at 100% because he does not want to lose his spot to people like Roman Reigns and other up and comers. I find this incredibly sad and I have no faith the WWE will protect him after the medical debacle that CM Punk went through.

I echo this sentiment though. Before he came back we were hearing that there were chances he may never wrestle again. You go from that to being "I'm back!" So yeah, i thought the same thing, when I read Bryan was announcing his return the first thing in my head was "how?" I agree, it is all very odd. It's all opinion and yes no evidence but the "feel" of this is way off.

So we go from the outrage over the CM Punk 'z-pack' situation to utter derision for a suggestion WWE might be looking for medical professionals to tell them what they want to hear?

How about taking it easy on all these threads about the conditions of wrestlers? But I'm pretty sure Dolph has bonitis! How else am I supposed to get an answer to these claims?

I cannot see how Bryan is medically cleared to return. There was talk of Tommy John surgery, how the surgeries did not work, how he has lost all power in his shoulder and arm. etc. Suddenly, he says he is back and can work?? I do not buy it. I think he is putting himself at risk to return and is not 100%. I do not like it at all, it feels wrong. I see you've created your gimmick.

I am not dismissing that WWE would have selective doctors reports at all. All I was saying is what he said on the App. He went to the doctor, not that he was sent, and the doctor knew what it was and fixed it. If you went to several doctors who did not know what was medically wrong with you and none gave an answer, do you just go "oh well, I'll give up then, they diagnosed other stuff in the past so they are the best going" or do you keep trying to find a doctor who can help?
By all accounts, this new doctor has helped and done it and he is now cleared. He's not a guy so obsessed with wrestling he'd risk his health over it. I trust his judgement, not WWE.

Having seen wildchair's Lesnar thread and the photographic evidence used to back up the claim, I should apologise. I've looked back at Bryan on Raw and he did look decidedly out of sorts and thin.

He's fine. He'll have his own doctors giving him the all clear. He wouldn't rely on WWE's suspect medical opinions.

Clearly looking at how well his beard has been trimmed he is not ready for a comeback.
If he was truely feeling a return was appropriate it would be more unkemp

Like I'm hoping he comes back with shoulder-length hair and his beard short and nicely combed.

I don't see any reason to speculate whether or not Bryan is cleared. He said that he was ready and it's his body, what other confirmation do we need?
