I got up, looked on in disbelief, and slowly sat back down. There was no thought process to speak of. Just imagine the "!" from Metal Gear poping up in your head.
(I think my brain had a "Bad File Or Command" error and I had to reboot from a standing position, I don't know)
Then opined on here that Taker must have decided it was time.

I was fairly inebriated, so when it happened, I'm pretty sure I just stared at the screen slack jawed until the next match started. I then walked outside to have a smoke, and gave Taker a standing ovation, because I figured that was it.

Something along the lines of, "Boy, that wasn't an emphatic kick out...wait. Was that three? Nah. I imagined it. That couldn't have happened. ONE TRUTH PREVAILS, DAMMIT!"

I was watching with a few friends and family and the whole show we were cracking joke and just having fun, but as soon as the 3 hit you could've heard a pin drop in my house. My cousin and his girlfriend actually left after that.

I was getting ready to type that having Undertaker kick out of a third F5 seemed a little ridiculous...and then he didn't kick out. And my mind had to process all that just like how the crowd was silent.

I wasn't really paying attention but it was I was like a deer in the woods that hears a hunter. Head popped up and darted back and forth darting my head back and forth and saying "What the f*** I think he won"

I had fans who didn't follow anymore who still found out and asked about it. Like, at the moment, I was shocked as all hell, but I was very curious for where it'd go, and I think it was the right decision.

I remember the F5, and the pin, one, two, "Taker's going to kick out...", three, "WHAT? NO NO! WHAT THE F***? NO!" And I was kinda butthurt for a few days, but time heals all wounds and I came to see it was ok, Heyman rode and sold the win like a genius, and Brock's performance over the past year's garnered alot of good will and I've become a massive fan.

I also remember thinking "Well, that makes Brock's losses to HHH and Cena even more pointless but, there you go."

Hands on head, jaw on floor. I was exactly the same. If I had been outside I'm sure bugs would have flown into my mouth the amount of time my jaw was dropped. I was stunned. I was immediately unhappy that that's the match the streak was ended on not knowing the UT was suffering a concussion.

It's hard to say after all this time but I think I was honestly disappointed. The match hadn't really grabbed me and the ending was so sudden that it felt anticlimactic rather than truly shocking. It was such a unexpected turn that my response was more "That was it?" than the good sort of surprise.

I didn't watch Wrestlemania, because I doing stuff, but I read the results from Meltzer's PPV report. I read "Brock Lesnar won with a third F5", and it didn't even register in my brain that Lesnar won, until I read it over again, and then my mouth just dropped.

I was only paying half attention to the match because I thought it was a forgone conclusion. When the ref counted 3 I was like what? My mind was racing through all the possible explanations. Did the ref mess up the count? Did Undertaker forget to kick out? How are they going to overturn this?
It wasn't until they put the 21-1 graphic up did I realize that it was no mistake. They ended the streak. I don't think I said a word for the next 10 minutes. I immediately wanted to log in on FAN to see the reaction but since I was at my friend's brother's house that was impossible.
I remember the next day on the Sports Hub in Boston people were talking about it. That's when I realized what big moment it was.

I've always had this weird connection to the Undertaker. Almost like I grew up with him, he was my favorite wrestler when he debuted as a heel... he was my favorite wrestler when he turned face, and he remained that way forever. It got to the point where when I ranked my top five or ten wrestlers... I wouldn't put Undertaker on the list because he was beyond number 1 to me. I even would take him out of wrestling matches in video games because I couldn't have him ever lose. So, part of the streak was me thinking I could just enjoy the match because there's no way it'd ever end. I looked forward to the Lesnar match because I can't remember Undertaker ever getting a clean win over Brock (I'm probably wrong, but I honestly can't think of one) .. and this would be his redemption. Then the three count happened and I forced a grin like, "Huh, interesting turn of events." When inside I was like, "What the f***ing f***? What the f***ing f***?" It took quite a while for me to even get into the triple threat match because I was so taken aback by it all... and I refused to re-watch Wrestlemania just because of that match. Even though I know it was time, it made sense in the long run, and using that as a way to build Brock into an even more unstoppable monster was great booking. There's always gonna be a part of me that identifies with Undertaker, that always wants him to come out on top and to never look week. At Wrestlemania he looked weak and didn't come out on top... I had trouble coming to terms with that. As stupid as it sounds, at 35 years old... I still felt like one of those little kids you see in the stands when their favorite guy just got beaten.

When Brock hit the third F5 I knew he was winning. It was probably the most shocking thing in wresting in forever.
