Talk about a weak finisher. This week against Alexa she barely lifted her off the ground. In her matches against Sasha she finally pinned her it kinda killed the believability because Sasha is kicking out of these amazing moves but a tiny move like that is instant death? Literally the only reason the move exists is for the pun in the title. That's it.
Get a new finisher, Bayley. Yeah.

Disagree. Things don't need to be flashy, they need to work and the B2B works.

It's a move that would legit hurt you enough in real life if you were slammed after a grueling match. So I get grabbed and thrown to the ground hard and pinned for 3 seconds? Yeah it does it's job. I have no problem with it, at all.

I like it. She gets a good snap to it, reminds me more of one you'd see in an amateur wrestling competition or MMA, going for impact over flash & distance.

My whole point is barely looks like it connects some times and it's not believable that 100 moves get kicked out of but the weakest of weak slams is death? That could be said for a lot of finishers but Bayleys is the worst of them all.

I think it's fine, it also fits her gimmick.

I like it, myself. I am curious if she can hit it on Nia.

Did you guys who love the B2B also like Bo's Hip Toss of Doom? Just curious. I think both are equally bad as professional wrestling finishers.

The one n Alexa looked bad. Every other time it looked fine to me though.

Bo's a relatively small guy compared to most of the roster around him which made it kind of weird, it was the same deal wih his old spear finisher. When he beat Big E with it it seemed a little bizarre, although the shot to the turnbuckle helped. Bayley doesn't have that same problem, the only exception would be Nia Jax.

Considering no other diva does a belly to belly as a regular move, I think it gets a pass.
It's not like when HBK was active, and tons of people did a superkick, but the Sweet Chin Music is still a 99% 3 count move, that's when it gets ridiculous.

Whether it was the Shane Douglas version or the Scott Steiner version, I'm a mark for such a simple yet effective move.

It's not a size issue for me. It's just the king of "That's it?" finishers. It's a transitional move in any other match. And not even like the DDT, where it shouldn't be one, but has become one. It's so thoroughly unimpressive and lacking any sort of finality. It's quite literally Bo Dallas tier.

I think the problem I have with it as a finished is that a side belly to belly suplex has been treated like a normal move for decades. Even when Mabel, Rikishi and Yokozuna, who are 4-6 times her size, gave their opponent a belly to belly, they either didn't attempt a pinfall or it got nothing more than a 2 count. If a belly to belly from 640+ pound Yokozuna didn't put people away, then why should I believe that Bayley's suplex can?

My whole point is barely looks like it connects some times and it's not believable that 100 moves get kicked out of but the weakest of weak slams is death? That could be said for a lot of finishers but Bayleys is the worst of them all. Cena's Attitude Adjustment says hello. I suppose you hated it too when Shane Douglas was using it to win titles.

For what it's worth, I honestly did. And I buy the AA as a finish much more than a belly to belly - from a storytelling standpoint, the AA has never NOT been a finisher. And from a physical standpoint, Cena's 250 pounds and strong as an ox, someone as strong as he is could probably make a lot of simpler transitional moves a finisher.
