The "Dennis and Dee Go On Welfare" episode of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Actually, any episode from the first 2 seasons. Some of the funniest TV I've ever watched.

Mine will always be Jose Chung's from Outer Space from the X-files. Probably no show differed in quality as much as the X-files.

I could list so many South Park episodes, but "Cancelled" always comes to mind. The night out with the Joozians kills me every time.

"The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show" episode gets better and better as more and more TV shows make the same damn mistake. It's one of the few episodes of TV that has gotten more funny over a great period of time.

Ned & Stacey - Paranoia on the 47th Floor.
Either that or the Newsradio episode where Phil Hartman talks.

I can't remember what episode but my family and I would always watch Malcolm in the Middle when it would air new episodes on Sunday and there was one that made us laugh our asses off. So much that my dad couldn't breath right for a minute or so cause he was laughing too much

There are so many I Love Lucy episodes that could fit this. The one where Lucy/Ethel and Ricky/Fred switch getting a job and doing housework is a classic, featuring Lucy and Ethel working in the chocolate factory. Lucy in Italy crushing grapes with her feet. The one where Lucy gets drunk making the commercial for Vitameatavegamin. Ricky reading Little Red Riding Hood to little Ricky (La Caperucita Roha!)
If you've never watched I Love Lucy... do so.

It's a drama series, but I have to cast a vote for Celestial Navigation from The West Wing. Absolutely hysterical, especially when the WH press secretary has to have emergency root canal.

"Kicking Bishop Brennan up the Arse" or "Hell" from Father Ted, As referenced by Sheamus on Raw, which was the best thing he ever did. I want a cape like Bishop Brennan:
