Remember when this guy said, when the time is right and I can devote 100% to the WWE, what about right now?
What is he really doing? With all the depth issues and injuries, sign him to a 2 year full-time one last run for the company. I don't think anyone would really be against this. Since he would be a heel he would get fresh matchups against Reigns and Ambrose. And if he ever wanted to be face, he's got Rollins and Owens to name a few.
The time is right for Chris Jericho to return and Saveus.Y2J.

I think he was just being political. I'm sure he'd be happy if he never had to wrestle again outside some spot appearances

How about no.
No more bringing trash back inside the house instead of letting new guys show what they can do.
Jericho became company brown-nosing garbage last year and the less I see him, the better.

I like Jericho, but if he was around fulltime, it'd be difficult to find a niche for him. I would be down for him doing an NXT show or two, or something like that, but it'd be too easy to have him floating around without purpose, like when RVD ended up as a nuisance to Cesaro and such.

Looks like Mr. Jericho has lost all if any goodwill he ever had with the fans eh?
I guess WWE Hall of Fame is more like it....

His rock star gig comes before his wrestling gig and he just finished a Euro tour.
And to be quite frank, after his last several lackluster appearances, I'd rather not see him back.

Well, it's a good thing they don't book to your exact specifications. That "trash" is still better than 90% of the roster at this point.

And they'll never get a chance to become better if they don't stop relying on the same old trash coming back. We're in a rebuilding phase. Jericho coming back and going over people like Neville helps no one. Jericho going out on interviews and saying things like, "If you don't like Wrestle XYZ, shut the hell up! Oh, wait, I didn't mean it, I'm sowwy," makes him look like a shithead sucking up when the boss' eyes are over his shoulder. So who gives a f*** if he's better, him being here clogging up the drain just prevents people from moving up the ladder.

Just put on good matches with Neville, Zayn, Owens, etc.... At this point his value is shot, so just make him have good matches and that's it. Elevate them like how the Dudleyz and Dreamer think they did to the Wyatts.

Absolutely sick of Jericho performing in-ring tbh.
I wouldn't mind if he was a manager or commentator, even authority figure but just not an in-ring competitor. To this day I still think it was stupid how he went over Wyatt and hell even Neville.

Or why not let some of the 20 guys sitting around backstage get out there and try to get something over instead. Relying on the old guard is lazy, shitty booking.

Ever since he came back from his second run, he just hasn't been enjoyable so I'll say pass. Let him do his random house shows and occasional surprise appearance and let it be.

I'd love it if he never came back for anything because he won't come back to put people over or he would've told whoever in Japan that Neville needed the win and that he didn't. No. No Jericho. He's a rotting bag of trash that needs to be picked up by the garbage truck and taken to the dump.

As a surprise Rumble entrant one-off, sure. Full-time, no.
