Generally, I hate it when Rock comes back. Knowing that he was coming tonight, I was dreading it.
But this whole segment was great, short of the bit with Lana. I didn't care for that.

Him insulting Big Show made me really wish he would do one more heel run. Dammit, I think he'd be amazing at it, and would easily be able to put over a young star.

I haven't seen the promo from Raw last night yet, but I don't know how it can top Rock's Backlash 2003 promo in terms of coked out promos. If you haven't seen it, watch it on the Network. Rock's most hilarious promo.

Just saw this. Man, if anyone has a pic or GIF of Rusev's face while the Rock was talking, he looked hysterical. Give that man a push.
The Rock has been my favorite guy since I was in high school so I always look forward to seeing his appearances. He knows how to handle a crowd better than anyone. He did seem like he was hamming it up a lot more than usual, though.

He took some Molly he got from Chuck Taylor. ...I mean, Rick Ross was right there. Just being in the same vicinity of Rick Ross gets you high

I think he drank a few energy drinks. He mentioned shooting for 14 hours before he went to RAW. The guy barely sleeps Pretty much this. I highly doubt someone like The Rock gets his highs/energy from drugs.

I disliked the Lana interaction, too. Why erode her character like that? A Summer Rae reference would have been great, but I thought it was in poor taste all the way around.

Thankfully he didn't go full "The Rock" for the most part because what little of his usual schtick he did sounded even more dated and sad than it usually does. Of course he's got to run down some of the roster and make a woman feel uncomfortable, but the stuff with Big Show was kinda funny.
The New Day stuff was interesting to me, because they basically out promo'd him in most respects. More entertaining, more amusing, more dynamic. Xavier's reaction to the VERY lame lama penis joke was f***ING HILARIOUS to me.
"Champion's huddle - you're not invited." ahahah
But yeah, further proof that WWE still isn't interested in building NEW stars and would rather crutch up on old stars for Wrestlemania.

WWE just sent their hottest act against one of their arguable best promo guys = RUB Uso's getting to leech off the Florida hometown pop taking out New Day = RUB So how aren't they building their new stars exactly??

The "rub" hasn't worked in ages man. That's also the excuse people say everytime they bring back a nostalgia act and have them go over someone full time, but really they've been doing that for YEARS now and nothings ever come of it. I mean, the Rock couldn't get his family over at last year's Rumble. Shit don't work anymore.

I didn't like the slut-shaming of Lana knowing it was made in retribution for the crime of getting married.
Other than that, it was entertaining.
