I'll go 8 here.
The interaction between the Pie sisters was great, as well as all the Rarity bits. I was expecting a full on Gift of Magi style story, so I was a bit disappointed that it was only one-sided, but Maud getting the cannon back did make up for it. Nothing too memorable, but definitely enjoyable.

Info on our new writers
Michael P. Fox and Wil Fox were staff members for According to Jim, even writing an episode. They also worked on something called Theee Money in the Bank Show, a Wrestling Podcast/Show that interestingly had Edge on it.

My own head canon at this point is that Pinkie and Maud are very close, as are Marble and Limestone, but that the neither one of the first pair are particularly close to either of the second. Not to say that any the Pie sisters don't love each other, but somehow it makes sense to me that there's a particularly strong bond with certain duos of them.
