I'm sure someone will be doing a pony parody of Homer on the giant toy piano soon enough.

Just watched the episode, giving it an 8. The third act saved this episode for me. I'm not a fan of "Gift of the Magi" stories in general, but a lot of what Maud did at the end showed how much she and Pinkie are alike.... even if they do it at different volume levels

And it's a good thing that they made a good first impression, unlike some other writers...

"Leap Of Faith": This was a decent episode I guess. The Flim Flim Brother's appearance and song was good as was Applejack's conflict throughout the episode which was written and brought forward well. However, the episode felt very pedestrian to me with not many things standing out and Silver Shill being the least interesting key bearer of them all (I might not like Cheese Sandwich, but I have to admit he had some pizzazz). So, its basically a meh+. C+. The TLML Adventures Part 57Lyra wanted her friends to come to Ponyville to watch her acting as a judge at the annual Ponyville Swim Meet. Since they had a few days to spare and they liked sporting events, they needn't be asked twice to come. When they arrived in Ponyville and took a stroll around town, they saw many ailing ponies going to a tent nearby. Even though they were perfectly healthy, the four still decided to check this out... Although the four of them quickly deduced that the tonic consisted of nothing more than apples and beet leaves, they had to admit that it was a great drink if you were thirsty and one bit was not too steep of a price. So, they decided to come again a few more times to buy some more... Finally, it was the day of the Swim Meet and the three enjoyed watching Lyra do her thing as well as the events (the granddaughter-grandmother synchronized swimming being their favorite)... After the events however, there was still another interesting incident occurring... Deciding that even though it was a delicious drinks, it was not worth it to invite other ponies into thinking that it did more than cure the first. The four vowed that evening to never ever let themselves be fooled by the FF brothers no matter how tasty or wonderful the things they offer may seem. After all, this was the second time they did this and the shame was on them. But it would never happen a third time, no sirree.

Something interesting: internet reviewer SFDebris actually did on April Fool's day (not as a prank) a 4 in one episode review of MLP: FIM. The episodes done were: -Party of One -Lesson Zero -It's About Time -Luna Eclipsed Found here: sfdebris.com/videos/animation/mlpspecial1.phpHe's also done the Series Premier as well as "Return of Harmony" before.

Reminds me of how Doug Walker and Jason Somethingsomething did a review of the series premiere as an April Fool's joke on their Adventure Time Vlog series.

I wonder what kind of beet leaves you have to use for that.
