People judging Noam Dar off one match is a bit ridiculous, particularly when it was his opponent who caused the match to suck. Dar's way better than this 99% of the time.

I think the reason why I don't click with Sabre always is why I like Gallagher. Sabre is way too slick with everything he does, but doesn't get bullied around enough to make me care about it. I loved Gallagher because he was just as slick but it came in moments that added to the match. It wasn't just slickness for the sake of it. Not saying Sabre sucks either. I've seen matches that I've thought were incredible when he isn't so into himself. ZSJ just looked completely apathetic to everything that was happening during his match. And if he doesn't care, why should anyone else? Gallagher looked much more invested into what was going on, by contrast.

ZSJ would have been "here's my slick reversal!" Gallagher told a story "well, this is bad, I'll check things a couple of times, get my footing right.... NOW here's the reversal". Just made it seem that much more involved.

I wouldn't mind the "Dar dar dar dar-dar-dar dar-dar-dar" chants to make it to NXT (it's the Imperial March).

Dar's offense looked like garbage. Tozawa was in there with a guy that wasn't very good but he managed to get his stuff looking great. It takes two to tango. Sure I'm going off of first impressions but Im doing that with all the other CWC guys I've never seen before. First impression of Dar? He sucks and looks like trash. Sorry.

OK so I finally watched NXT and have just a few things to say about it.
1. Man it's nice to see Hideo Itami back in action. When he first came out the excitement wasn't there for me, but as the match got going he reminded me why everyone considers him to be so good. His moves look legit. Glad to have him back.
2. I've been down on NXT the past few weeks since the WWE Draft depleted the NXT roster. Bobby Roode is the shot in the arm NXT needed. I absolutely loved it when he turned on the fans during his promo. There is only one word to describe his debut. Glorious. Now if they could just do something so he doesn't look so much like a mini Triple H that would be great.
3. Joe is killing it right now. This is the role he was born to play. I'm pumped for his match against Nakamura already.

Noam Dar wasn't THAT bad. It wasn't the best match, but I wouldn't say he sucks or that he "failed to live up to the hype". He's just not great at carrying a lesser opponent.

Jack Gallagher or Von Kaiser? I've never seen both guys in the same place. But Don Flamenco used Gallagher's theme. Von Kaiser had D-Bry's theme.

I hate that his name is announced Gal A Her instead of Gal A Ger but other than that he owned. His opponent Aichner was really good too. Wouldn't mind both of them getting signed

The Aichner & Gallagher match was fantastic. If they don't both get signed I'll be irked. Fantastic. This was one of those matches where I wanted both guys to win somehow and go through. Can Aichner just murder Hoho Lun and get through instead? Noam Dar looked kind of shit tonight, but I'm not going to judge him based off of that performance, because he got a pretty shit opponent to work with. Now if he can't put on a good match with my waifu, then he's doomed. I had seen him in one match previously, losing to Jay Lethal for the ROH title on WCPW, and that was a much better match but Dar didn't really impress me. Dar was selling the shit out of his back within 60 seconds. This wasn't a thirty minute classic, guys. You did like one spot. God yes. Remember the absolutely astonishing matches they were having with Alpha, one of whom has been a pro wrestler for like 18 months tops? And then this match with one of the 'best' tag teams in the world? The tattooed one has the worst tattoos I've ever seen, and the other one looks like a 35 year old single dad hanging around in the club with the 18-year-olds from his office, with a haircut he is just a tiny bit too old for. And I loved the Roode promo. Anyone who can get himself booed by NXT I am on board with, and NXT is in dire need of some top heels, all these big signings come in as baby faces and they need heels. Proper heels. Ones that don't give a shit, like Owens.

I don't think it's that hard to get booed in NXT, honestly. It's just that the easiest way to get heat (aside from sucking) is to demonize and de-legitimize the Full Sail crowds (which will get a face reaction at touring Takeovers, though), and not enough of the roster is willing to say anything bad about the Full Sail faithful.

So Itami is going heel right?
After Joe loses to Nakamura and moves up Hideo can be the serious heel to the flamboyant Shinsuke who disgraces his heritage.
Imagine the matches.

I really want to imagine those matches being good but we have no idea if Itami is back yet. He looked like he was 60% AT BEST in his return match.
