Prometheus is easily the best big bad this show has had since Slade so I'll be perfectly fine if it actually is a brand new character and there is no shocking reveal. I honestly thought Billy would turn out to be Prometheus. Billy or that new cop with the brows who used to be on Sirens. |

I am reading some good things about this season. I gave up on both Arrow and Flash last season but I am thinking about catching up now.

He was not happy with how they treated the Deathstroke character in the season 2 finale and especially in season 3. He's been pretty public about it too. He said what they did was a disservice to the fans and to the comicbook character. He believed that Slade was way too smart to fall for the Felicity trick and that even without his powers, Ollie shouldn't have beaten him so easily. And then there's his awful appearance in season 3. Apparently Manu read some Deathstroke stories when he was cast and in doing so he became a big fan of the character. Manu wants to comeback at somepoint but is only willing to do so if it's done right. Also, a few months ago, Guggenheim said he really wants to patch things up with Manu. Now, after saying all that, watch Prometheus turn out to be Slade  |

The Prometheus stuff does seem kind of similar to the games Slade was playing with Ollie in Season 2. Killing Moira, telling Laurel that Ollie was the Arrow, stuff like that. I don't think Prometheus is Slade though. I just like the whole villain being 10 steps ahead angle the way Slade was, as much as Season 3 was disliked I even loved how Ra's turned people against the Arrow near the end and the episode with Lance and the police force giving chase to Ollie and Team Arrow was one of the best of that season, and now with Prometheus who seems to have planned this whole thing out since Ollie did whatever he did (I don't believe whoever this is is really a relation to Claybourne, think that's just another game).

Apparently the synopsis for the next episode was leaked and I was hoping what I heard wasn't true but the promo for episode 10 was released today and confirms my fear Btw don't watch the promo because it completely spoils the Laurel stuff So yeah, here's how Laurel is back {Spoiler} It's not actually our Laurel, it's apparently Black Siren. How she escaped Star labs, I have no idea. This is really disappointing, I want Laurel back because Green Arrow without Black Canary just doesn't seem right. Sigh...I hope there's some twist I'm missing because I don't like this I really hope season 5 doesn't take a nosedive in the 2nd half of the season like season 3 did. It's been great this season so please Guggenheim, don't f*** this up agan. |

{Spoiler}I like Earth-2 Laurel/Black Siren a lot more than her Earth-1 counterpart. I think her character was more faithful to the Black Canary of the comics, well, besides the evil part.
I just hope that this isn't a one shot and she works to redeem herself now that Zoom's gone, rather than be a villain of the week. |

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}I heard about the leaked script for the next episode but I did not read it and quite frankly I wont put full stock into it because looking at the promo it really seems like the "reveal" is not the actual surprise of the episode but I think it will be revealed that this is infact E1 Laurel but maybe because of flashpoint. or the more likely IMO {Spoiler}{Spoiler}something on legends (laurel is suppose to have significant role when she appears)..because remember Dahmian Dahrk is suppose to change what happens to him which I believe has to do with stopping his future self from killing her and will explain how she is alive and not quite herself. OR {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Also there is Talia Al Ghul that is yet to appear and perhaps in this timeline the lazarus pit still exsists. |

Haha, of course Felicity knocks out Laurel. Well, the leaked script was completely true.
Felicity was unbearable and by the end is once again the true hero of the show
Laurel was just a villain of the week
Laurel's getting replaced with a new Black Canary
The sonic scream has previously f***ed up Flash but had zero effect on team Arrow.
Adrian/Diggle was the only interesting thing in this episode
They've completely ruined one of my favourite comicbook characters in Black Canary
What a shit episode.

I both loved and hated lastnights episode
Everything with Katie Cassidy was perfect
Everything with just about veryone else except Diggle and Chase was gawd damn horrible
Oh we can't keep Katie Cassidy around so we will dangle this carrot in front of everyone that she is locked in argus and Oliver is gonna try and reform her but in the mean time lets go hunting for a new black canary the very next week!! WTF!!!

I don't understand why they couldn't have went with the explanation given for Laurel's return and just had her come back. I liked villain Katie Cassidy and all, but this whole thing seems a bit unnecessary. Also, I don't know if it's because the "who's under the mask?" thing has been done so many times before or what, but I'm really not feeling Prometheus as the main villain this season. He kind of seems a bit too... average, especially after how charismatic Damien Darhk, Slade Wilson, and Malcolm Merlyn were previously and even Ra's had his moments.
Oh, and please don't let Prometheus be who they said he was in the Winter finale.

Part of that season was Sara taking steps to prevent Laurel's death. And part of Sara's character growth was accepting Laurel was gone and not to fool with the timeline to get her back. |

I really thought this show had turned a corner but this episode was just trash. And I know it's just one episode but I can see the direction this show is going in and I don't like it one bit. Also what a waste of Katie Cassidy. She is/was easily the best actor on the show but we can't keep her because she'll get in the way of Felicity and Oliver's love story. |

My only hope is that them saying she is now in Argus but Oliver still believes there is some part of their laurel in her and he will bring it out of her has me hoping they do infact have some plan to redeem black siren into black canary before seasons end.
