Or maybe not everybody wants to sit through 20 minute videos to see if a wrestler is as good as everybody says? Whatever makes you happy. I'd say the vast majority of pro wrestling fans would "sit through" a 20 minute match which lots of other fans have recommended.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet (very reliable), he'll likely be back in NXT as Kassius Ohno.

I love Chris Hero, I personally thought the name Kassius Ohno was alright, I didn't have any problems with it. I hope he makes it big.

I don't see any chance of them using the Kassius Ohno name seeing as they have tied the initials "KO" to Owens and that was the whole point of the name.

Given the full situation as well as the changes WWE and NXT have undergone since he left, I'd bring him back as Chris Hero. Have him acknowledge the Ohno character, but play it as the old WWE machine wanting him to fit a certain mold. He left because that's not who he is and whatnot. Perhaps even acknowledge the fitness rumors saying that sure, he's not in the same shape he was back then, but he's every bit athletic and every bit as dangerous.
If it weren't for the fact that Joe is apparently being called up, I'd make his debut go in line with the Joe/Regal drama. Joe lost the belt and begins to torment Regal again, more brutally than ever. Regal finally responds that he's in no shape to participate in a match (seething at the fact) but he's brought in someone who is just as hard-hitting as Joe. Regal plays into the aforementioned Chris Hero instead of Kassius Ohno story, then into duces Hero.

He needs to come back with a reverse Holly cousins gimmick where he claims to be under 205 pounds. He should also have a super PC manager that claims he shouldn't have to be weighed because it's a form of fat shaming. I'd pay good money to see Hero as the lone giant on 205 Live.

I always felt like Kevin Owens the character was basically a reboot of Kassius Ohno except Kevin looked legit intimidating and pulled it off way better.

What was the highlights of his last NXT run?
I seem only to recall the odd, nonchalant hipster that occasionally decked Richie Steamboat and him being the 2nd act in Regal's retirement trilogy (Ambrose, Ohno and finally Cesaro).
My exposure to him is embarrassingly limited, but chuffed if he's back on board. He's such a top-shelf speaker, for starters.

I don't see any chance of them using the Kassius Ohno name seeing as they have tied the initials "KO" to Owens and that was the whole point of the name. They also haven't bothered with names like that much as of late, anyhow, since Joe, Nakamura, Styles, Austin Aries, Roode, etc, have kept their names. Balor was probably coming, anyway, just since Fergal Devitt isn't really a name WWE was going to sink their teeth into, anyhow. So if he's going to be Hero, now would be a good time for it. I do hope he gets better gear. His weight can be kind of overblown, but at least some of that has got to come down to how unflattering his trunks are.

Yeah, I'm fairly sure he's not even as big as Kevin Owens, but the trunks combined with his lanky body type really accentuates the size of his belly. While Owens looks quite intimidating, Hero does sorta personify the "wrestlers are just fats guy rolling around in their underwear" stereotype.

I'm torn on Hero's look because I think in action he looks like a monster and I think it's great, I have an affinity for big burly brawler types. But in photos where he's just standing there like this and that side fat rolls off him, doesn't look good. I don't know if higher waisted tights would do it for him, I think he needs something that looks a little more athletic than Kevin Owens and I can deal with the way he looks personally, but I can't see WWE jiving very well with his current shape. I have no idea how that's gonna work out.

The fact that they re-hired him despite his physical appearance is an indiction that all they care about is he's a great worker.

I hope Triplethreatmark doesn't see this thread.
Honestly though, great news. I think he deserves it.

f*** I hope this is true and they actually realize what they have this time. I don't care how big he is, he's one of the best wrestlers on the planet and he's better than 90% of their current roster. The fascination with his weight is f***ing gross and pathetic. Noone wants to see two guys with dumpy asses fake fight. Wrestlers that are out of shape make the whole biz look bad. See also Owens, Kevin.
