Seriously, she's been my favorite since NXT Season 3. She far outclassed everyone on that show and should have won. Instead she had to wait a couple of years to come back as a dancer for Brodus Clay before she got a chance to get back in the ring. I was afraid when the 4 Horsewomen were called up that she would get lost in the shuffle so I'm so glad she's finally gotten her moment.

Honestly, it's not like she's the worst woman on the roster or anything - not even close really - but... Yeah, Naomi has never at all done it for me, as a character, performer, or whatever else. About the only time I ever really liked a match of hers at all was that one where she and Paige just legitimately beat the shit out of each other the whole time.
... Come to think of it I think that's also the only Paige match I actually like that much.

She absolutely deserved it for all of her hard work since NXT. Going from that to a Funkadactyle to all those feuds to just man, she's really kept it going on and kept improving so to see her win was well justified. She's going to have a HELL of a WM entrance.

It's amazing how she never held a championship. Plus I believe most titles in today's WWE don't get hot shotted enough. The one thing I've been worried about the brand split was we were never going to see the belt change hands so they continue out a long drawn out feud while they condition us the next person in line is the chosen one.
They haven't done that all with SD so far amazingly enough. They made Alexa Bliss into a star by giving her the belt, Heath Slater into one as the first ever champion, AA unexpectedly beating The Wyatts in a non feud, etc. Like outside of Becky Lynch winning the inuagral belt and Bray Wyatt winning tonight, the championship wins haven't really been that predictable

I hope she holds it going into Mania. That entrance in her hometown will be fire. I'm guessing it'll be a four-way with Becky, Bliss, and Mickie. I've been a fan for awhile, but she never seemed to click with a gimmick. This EDM Queen thing is pretty nice.

Good for her, never the biggest fan, but she has improved a lot from her days as Brodus's dancing girl and I think this whole glow thing works well for her.

She's okay I guess. She's always been really average to me, her wrestling and promos do nothing for me and her entrance is an eyesore. She seems cool on Total Divas though, so good for her.
They really need to put the belt back on Becky ASAP.

Yeesh I thought that was a photoshop until I clicked the link. I really can't get behind this cool boss Papa HHH scoring brownie points thing. Like it's one thing when he's posing with NXT guys he signs and helps run the promotion or Kevin Owens who he helped win the title, but this just feels like conditioning patterning that HHH is the best and the chosen one to lead WWE back to glory days and is the reason why Naomi is champion. |

I'm really happy for her too. She's been in WWE forever and she's definitely put in the work. The fans react to her and she can really put on a show. There are women I like more, but I'm not sure there are women I could say "deserve" it more than her right now.
