It's all a load of Bollocks
That's why Supernatural movies don't scare me in the slightest.

My vote - I'm keeping an open mind. Given I believe in the Judeo-Christian concept of Heaven and Hell, I do believe in the existence of a soul after death, meaning something must happen after the end of life. What happens is the question.

My view on it is basically the same as aliens (Little green men, "greys", Xenomorph, etc), demons, Bigfoot, etc.: They're a lot of fun to read about/watch things pertaining to them, but I absolutely do not believe in them even a little bit.

I mean not the best argument against, same reason he looks the same as he died. It just reflect how he was when he died. That still doesn't explain Vader tho. I understand you see Grandpa as you recall him, but why does his basic outfit go with? I'm giving you ghosts being 100% real, even though I don't believe it at all, to arrive at, why do clothes have an afterlife? I'll abandon clothes, and go with a story above here, why does the bicycle live on? Well perhaps ghosts arent spirits of the dead rather a brief tear in time. Eternalism (accepted by Einstien, and Hawking and others in the field) suggests that the past, present, and future happen simultaneously. So perhaps these instances of ghosts in clothes or on bicycles is a lapse in time. Theres plenty of scientific literature you can seek out on the subject. Furthermore explaining why a ghost appears the way it does is not factoring the mystery behind what it is. If for argumwnt sake you're allowing the notion a spirit can live oncwhy can you not accept that the spirit can be seen as it chooses to be. Why are they wearing clothes or riding a bike? Because they want to. But youre kind if being snide so again. Look into Eternalism and general relativity there's plenty of science mumbo jumbo that Albert and Stephen can explain much better than I.

Not a shred of actual, testable evidence in thousands of years. Nothing. To be fair the better part of those thousands of years was spent doing dumbshit instead of paying attention. I'm actually confused by this response. Are you implying that skepticism and trial through scientific method didn't exist or wasn't used? That the masses readily accepted any bizarre superstition without consequence? Yes, there were moments where these things happened, but it's such a miniscule comparison to the numerous hoaxes perpetuated in recent decades and the globs of people who fell for them. I guess people couldn't prove the existence or non-existence of ghosts due to their limitations of technology, but I don't really see how that it's their fault for that. However, a good chunk of humanity since ancient societies has operated on the whole "I'll believe it when I see it" function due to sensationalism that continues to exist today.

I am a firm believer in the possibility of ghosts. One of my prominent beliefs is that at times spirits do remain in existence after the body dies. Depending on the circumstances of their demise it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they remained stuck due to them not realizing they're dead, not wanting to accept it, and also considering the state of mind they were in before their passing, perhaps that's why we have a lot of reports of antagonistic ghosts as well.
This isn't to say that every ghost story is 100% true. Although to simply dismiss the idea of their existence is naïve in my opinion.

I don't think it's naive to ask for some form of evidence when there hasn't been a shred of it.
I'd also say that I wouldn't go so far as to say that Einstein,Hawking, etc "accepted" something like Eternalism, since theoretical physics are just that 'theoretical'. It's right there in the name. It's an interesting notion, but by it's very nature there's no way to prove it. And at its core, it doesn't really deal with 'ghosts', but time as a separate dimension. So equating the two is a pretty big leap. A) you'd have to prove the former before you could even B)say that that explains the latter.
Asking for evidence doesn't mean you don't have an open mind. It just means you want some form of proof. It's far more naive to accept something with zero testable evidence.

I believe in ghosts by my belief in the third eye stuff(but I don't like to call it that, as it does not manifest purely by vision), in that some of us are more predisposed to sensing and perceiving more than what they or most people would mentally or psychologically understand.

Unless someone can show me undeniable proof that something doesn't exist I refuse to believe it. I love cryptids and stuff like that. I believe in ghosts, haunted houses, haunted roads, ghost trains, the headless horseman, big foot, loch ness monster, abominable snowman (yeti), and many others. I am a firm believer in the unexplained and the unknown. Like what's living in our deepest oceans and if animals like Megalodon could still be with us.

That's not how proof works. How would that even work? It's impossible offer negative evidence, and the burden of proof lies solely with those making extraordinary claims. And the thing above about some people being more perceptive etc honestly says way more about the believer and them wanting to feel like they have some special sensitivity than it does to any evidence. Again anecdotes, feelings, any of that is not evidence. There's absolutely as much evidence of leprechauns or fairies as there is ghosts. But we've rightly consigned them to folklore.
The Demon Haunted World: Science as a candle in the dark by Carl Sagan is a book I strongly recommend to anyone to check out; particularly the chapter about the invisible dragon that lives in his garage. It's excellent at detailing the shifting goalposts as far as paranormal "evidence".

There's been two deaths in my life recently, the first was my sister. When my parents were trying to get her affairs in order, they absolutely could not find an important document. This was in spite of my sister being meticulously organized and a neat freak. When my mom went to sleep that night, she prayed for my sister to help her out. The next day, the item in question was in full view, resting on the giant television stand, with my sister's favorite tiny jewelry box keeping it in place. The only other person who had been at the house was my father, and he certainly wasn't the one who found it.
The next story is probably the perfect illustration of my stance on ghosts. The second death was my boyfriend's stepfather. His mom is understandably taking it to heart. One morning, we went to check on her dog, only to find her sick in bed. My boyfriend asked his mom about her symptoms, and we went to get her some medicine. We dropped it off, and we were about to leave when I asked if the dog still needed to go out, which she did. Incidentally, the dog and the stepdad were inseparable in the months leading up to his death, she was even laying on him when he passed.
On our way home, we stopped off for breakfast tacos, which I normally detest but that day had a strange craving for. As we pull up, we see the cashier pull three tacos out of a different bag and drop them in with our order. She said they were from a cancelled order but didn't want them to go to waste, so she was giving them to us on the condition we not ask what they were. We got home and opened up the first two, and were pleased to see they were carne guisada. We presumed the third would be the same as there's a discount on three of a kind. Nope, chicken fajita with a ton of avocado, my absolute favorite! (I didn't order it cuz it was early enough to get the morning special on actual breakfast tacos.) I tell people it as "the time we got tacos from a dead man".
The second one demonstrates my belief that yes, a lot of it is probably coincidence or has some other alternate explanation, but I don't see the harm in having a spot of fun entertaining the idea that we were rewarded for taking care of a man's widow and beloved dog. I also prefer being safe than sorry.

Also, if ghosts are real and tryin to communicate, why is it always cryptic shit like cold spots or garbled sounds that are interpreted as speech etc?
Not one of em over thousands of years can say or write: "This is your uncle Dave, I am a spirit now."?

Not one of em over thousands of years can say or write: "This is your uncle Dave, I am a spirit now."? Mostly because they're not real. The rest is just people filling in the gaps.
