I just jope Shayna doesn't win she's seems like a big asshole and a gross looking one at that. I want a wrassler not some MMA manbeast. Dude, that was not necessary at all.

How unbelievabley ADORABLE is Kairi Sane!! "TOO dangerous...I be careful" ![(rofl)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/rofl.png) Welp, now people are going to do the creepy-ass WAIFU thing with her. Therefore, Go Shayna.

"People are gonna be creepy with her, might as well not be a fan of her then!". That's some low rent shit. Wrestling has creepy-ass sections of fandoms for almost every single womens wrestler. Kairi will be no different. And punishing her for something out of her control is ridiculous as well.

I'm caught up so it's "random thoughts and comments that I made a note of as I was watching" time. Kairi seems almost too obvious a choice to win the whole thing Commentary seems a bit better this time Imagine the potential division if they sign all (or most) of the participants. On a related note, d'ya think anybody on the main roster is watching this and worrying about their job? I want somebody to tie Bianca Belair to the ropes with her own hair They've got another star on their hands with Kairi. Bianca is also going to do very well considering she's at this point with only 1 year's experience. Mia: *kick* Shayna *KICK*I'm not sold on Shayna yet, she's missing ...something. But I do like her hitting her finisher from different situations. Rhea is impressive, but I like Dakota as well Nicole Savoy isn't really making me interested in seeing any more of her. I wanted to see Ciampa on the other side of the crowd cheering on Candice's opponents. What does Toni Storm's music remind me of? The Laith / Martinez match seemed a little off, like they didn't quite click. I'm guessing they're going for a Kairi / Baszler final Funaki! The only thing I don't like about Kairi is how long it takes when she goes up for the elbow. That was a much better improvement over Round 1. Also, could someone make a gif of that spot of Piper and Toni doing their bridges and then shaking hands? ![](https://i.imgur.com/zNZx0ZI.gif)

I'm probably in the minority, but I have no interest in Bianca's hair-whip thing. It just makes me want to see the return of Brutus Beefcake so he can chop that thing off.
Baszler and Piper are far better than Sonya Deville and Nia Jax. Sign the first two and get rid of the latter two.

I'm proud of Mercedes performance overall, especially with her last match in the semifinals. I'm glad they acknowledged the history between Martinez and Baszler as they as the result of her beating Martinez could start a feud with each other in Shimmer (breaking up the stable). You could see the emotion on Mercedes face during her final entrance, where you could tell she must be thinking that it could be her last opportunity at a match in WWE. She left all in the ring and put over her protege. I really hope she gets signed, she's been a pillar of women's wrestling in the US for more than a decade who more than deserves it. But if not as performer at least they hire her as a trainer like Stock and Sara.

Wow, I'm digging the HELL out of Bianca Belair. I was rooting for her against Kairi Sane.
Put this woman on my beloved SDL as a heel.

I love how the beginning of Toni Storm's theme reminds me of Ambrose's.

Dakota Kai has been one of my favorites so I'm rooting for her here, but I think Rhea Ripley's growing on me.
And like Kenny, Rhea Ripley's ONLY 20 YEARS OLD!

Definitely not alone in that belief that it looks like they're trying to win a "glowing piece of our radical rock." I was thinking after the finals, we get this... ![](http://static1.squarespace.com/static/522a2049e4b0a0ce717e990c/t/54060deae4b086132f60b5c7/1409682942607/?format=300w)

Yeah, sadly I don't see the WWE hiring her as on-air talent since she probably doesn't have that 'look' they're searching for, even though she's 10x more intimidating than Nia or Tamina can ever dream to be. She would be an outstanding coach though. I saw Triple H whispering to her after the match and I'm hoping there's some sort of role being offered to her.

But if not as performer at least they hire her as a trainer like Stock and Sara. Mercedes is the one name in this tournament I've been really pulling for as far as having something come out of this, because for all the other girls, there's still the future. Someone like Toni Storm who's only 21 is going to stay on WWE's radar for a long time to come and if the time isn't right with her then it'll be right some time eventually. Mercedes is a carryover from a time when WWE would never have given her a chance because of her look and her style, but she has been a mainstay of women's wrestling for over a decade and really helped pave the way for what the current crop of younger women are doing. But at 36 this is really the time to do it; if she's got a few years in the can, get her on TV and use her, give her that credit and the opportunity to do something on the big stage.
