You’d be surprised. I used to dabble in ebay and had bought a joblot of wrestling figures to sell. Jim Ross was the first to go and got a lot of bids. I paid, like, £10 for the bundle and good ol’ JR went for about £15.

A lot of kids would like acting out the shows, so non-wrestlers can be attractive options for covering your bases there. I know when I was a kid, I'd have probably not picked JR over a favorite wrestler, but I'd definitely want a figure of him more than someone I was otherwise not that into.

I bought a ring playset from a local discount store specifically because it came with JR, Lawler, and an announce table.

Insert pretty much any lower carder or low card team that was there long enough to get a figure but that's about it. I remember a number of years ago the WWE section at my Walmart was a dozen pegs full of Highlanders and one or two Festuses.

If my local Walmart's anything to go by it's mostly a bunch of Ricky Steamboat and Rusev.

Hypothetically... Maximum Sweat Jinder Mahal. Seriously, you squeeze that thing, and afterwards you could put your finger in a bun and it would pass for a hot dog. ![](https://www.thedailymeal.com/sites/default/files/story/PROMO-hotdog.jpg)

This would be the "Lee Carvallo's Putting Challenge" of wrestling figures your gran would buy you for your birthday. ![](https://www.ringsidecollectibles.com/mm5/graphics/00000001/m2p19_epico_primo_moc.jpg)

I could see that selling, though I imagine everyone who bought them probably threw one of them away and just pretended the other one was Goldberg. What about those stupid sweating action figures? Did anyone actually own one of those?

![](https://ssli.ebayimg.com/images/g/dpcAAOSwcj1aC2wK/s-l1600.jpg) This warmed the pegs so long that I bet it melted the metal. I actually bought this figure when my local Walmart finally moved it to the clearance aisle for $1. I used him as a jobber.

I think these guys and Otunga/McGillicutty were the first two times they had released the penny tag belts. I wanted those damn belts, but I wasnt paying online premium prices for the f***ing Colons or McGillitunga.
