Spending the day on Twitter has just reminded me that much like everything with the Second going on these days, way too many people screaming about the First Amendment in defense of her have no f***ing idea what freedom of speech actually means.

I feel like the second season of this revival was when it was potentially going to get really good. I liked this past season enough, and it had some great moments, but they were all kinda getting used to becoming their characters again, and at times it felt a little too 'rushed'. It had a lot of potential that we'll never know because of her stupid comments. I don't like the concept of bullying companies to pull things due to someone's personal views/jokes or whatever - that happens too much these days - but it's really hard to blame them after the vile shit this woman says.

I'm glad ABC put the (Benoit)in hammer down. The first batch of shows wen't well but the final shows production wise went off the rails big time.

Never really cared for Roseanne so whatever, someone should really know better tho what is OK to post on twitter. The fact that she still sent it out, shows a lack of regard or common decency she was.

Now I'm waiting on Laff to do so. I preffered 4 hours of Night Court anyway. Ironically, and trying to stay from lock territory as much as I can, someone from that show could similarly get intolerant if you don't agree on certain topics and stances. This comes from personal experience involving someone I know, and I was there at the time, so take it for what you will. Not judging the show Night Court, just saying. I'm well aware of Marsha Warfield, don't worry. The difference is Marsha was a career two bit actress while Roseanne became one of the biggest stars in the 90s. Anything she did would be more noticed. |

I don’t know what’s worse...the article I read about how she’s basically being punished because we’re too PC or the other clowns hoping that Disney finishes the Fox deal so they can cancel Tim Allen again too because of this.
1) Saying racist shit like she said is not ok. It has nothing to do with being PC. It has everything to do with not being a piece of garbage human being.
2) I like Tim Allen and I like Last Man Standing. Wishing people jobless because you don’t agree with their personal beliefs is a shit move too. Last I checked he didn’t say anything as horribly racist as Roseanne.

Refuns of the show are gone from CMT, The Paramount Network, TV Land, LAFF, and Hulu. It's still available on Amazon's Video On Demand service (for now, anyway).
