PWSheet: WWE possibly planning all-women PPV for Fall 2018

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned WWE officials are internally discussing the idea of presenting an all women’s event for main roster talent in the fall.

As you may recall, women were not allowed to participate in WWE’s Greatest Royal Rumble event earlier this year in Saudi Arabia. Sources tell us the company might make up for the controversial decision, however, as the idea of an all women’s show taking place in late September or October is seriously being kicked around by higher-ups.

It’s unclear if the event would additionally feature some of the women on the NXT roster, outside talent or former stars … because the show hasn’t been set in stone just yet.

It’s very vague and Rajah-esque, but the source is reputable.

Late September would probably be too close to the big stadium show in Australia, but there was the news of TLC being moved to December, so there’s a vacant late October date right now.

To get to my main point tho yes i'm all for this

Don't even really need any storylines per se as I just want some unique match ups and finally get to see some of the women be able to cut loose like Sasha/Bayley who potentially have another banger in them and even crazy match ups like Sane and Lynch just for the hell of it

This is the same company that had one of the future owners of the WWE and all of the female talent talking about how great Moolah was. Women’s issues aren’t the WWE’s strong suit. lol

Depending on when they schedule it, this may be the resting place for the Mae Young Classic finals, and title matches for all the assorted womens' titles going on. Some kind of big clusterf*** tag to get as many women as possible on the card would also be good to see, given that with the co-branded PPVs anyone not in the title picture is pretty much not booked for a PPV anymore.
