He was a great wrestler but I still can’t figure out how Jerry Lawler drew money. He was essentially a fat cartoonist but he packed houses. Like Dundee and Valiant looked like pro wrestlers but Lawler still surpassed them. I also don’t get why Tommy Dreamer loves ecw so much. He lost almost all of his brain cells there, was booked to lose almost all of his matches, almost went bankrupt because Heyman never paid him and put stuff on his name. Because ECW made Dreamer relevant, without that he'd be working in a garage now, boring his kids about how he was a TV jobber for the WWF or WCW once. He'd be on much better shape, that's for sure. And he probably wouldn't have met his wife, had said kids, or met many of his lifelong friends without ECW. Tommy seems like the type of dude who values a happy life over financial gain, and he's obviously made a great life for himself, so I can never drag the guy for anything he's done.

Some guys being able to break through after leaving the WWE doesn't mean all 'misused' guys can do it.While it would be nice if everyone could do as well as Cody the reality is quite different, they're more likely to find themselves facing the reality guys like Hawkins and others found themselves in, where being a good worker and a former WWE guy isn't enough to create/maintain buzz or open doors for you at other major promotions. I've gotta say, judging him solely as a performer, post-WWE Cody has pretty much proven WWE right in using him as a career midcarder. For years he felt like a guy who could've done more if he was given the opportunity, and now he has it, and I feel like he hasn't shifted gears at all. As a promoter, however (both for All In and for himself in general), Cody's phenomenal, and that's a talent he couldn't have put to use in the WWE machine. I'm glad he's found his niche.

The Miz was over enough to justify being in the main event of WM 29

Ok ok i respect the fact that he does charity and that he was a draw. That being said being an honorary Kentucky colonel is nothing to brag about, apparently there are like eighty five thousand “colonels”, it aint a prestigious title or anything to brag about. Edit: Even Jeff Foxworthy is an honorary Kentucky Colonel! www.kycolonels.org/colonel-connection/Hell, even Dolph Ziggler's a Kentucky Colonel. ![](https://78.media.tumblr.com/150eb039dab66f17a37cd48888365398/tumblr_oi7n27TQNc1tedvogo1_540.gif) quoting just for the gif

Braun Strowman sucks and couldn't have a good match if his life depended on it.

Braun Strowman sucks and couldn't have a good match if his life depended on it. I would say more so he needs chaos to be used to his full potential
Sure a guy like Rollins, AJ, or DB can drag a good 20 min match out of him by bumping like animals but with him in regards to in ring less is more unless you have a gimmick match

I've really tried with the guy, even though I didn't see much in him from the start. But, he's just not good. Unless he is absolutely squashing someone, his matches just drag on and on. And he's not even good with gimmicks, as his match last night with Roman was an absolute borefest until the match became not even about him anymore. It literally took 5 other guys to turn the match into something watchable. He can be really funny, though. If ever there was a call for someone to wind up with a dancing gimmick, it's Strowman. He could probably be entertaining if he just went full comedy. Until then...no thanks.

Bret Hart was better at promos than Shawn Michaels in the New Generation era.

Never really fan of The Road Warriors as a kid and as an adult not really fan of there no selling, favourite moment in the WWE was when Hawk stroked Jim Neidharts beard
Papa Shango >>> The Godfather, maybe because Shango debuted so early into me being a fan but I really enjoyed the character, and I guess a face pimp never sat well with me.
Didn't like Biker Taker (and I enjoyed his 1999 devil worshipper character), I think it's maybe because I've never particularly been a fan of bike culture
Not sure how unpopular this is but I'd be happy with more women's wrestling on WWE television.
Even though I admit he's had great moments I've never looked forward to a Randy Orton match.
All my favourite Rock moments come when he is heel, not saying I think he's a bad face, just excels more as a heel.

I think he has good potential and their best overall big man in years but yeah i've said this before in regards to Braun has been able to feed off other people heat but can people feed off his. He needs a gimmick match to get the best out of him which is fine cause he's a monster but there's a fine line in which you try to protect him too much. He's no doubt someone Vince has groomed carefully and can pull off the Vince brand of comedy
As I said tho when he's in there with good in ring workers he's fine if there's no gimmicks but then you have all of them losing to him which loses intrigue

Kevin Nash did more damage to Summer of Punk than anyone else involved in the storyline. Between his schedule and Wellness violation, the flow of the whole story was disrupted.
It didn't matter who won in the Punk/HHH match because of the WCW-level amount of interference.
Punk co-operated on the Walkout Raw because his main beef with HHH was done. Punk thought everyone else walking out was dumb and didn't want to take their side, so he stayed on Raw to help because he's worked THAT indy show....

Brock Lesnar is one of the legitimately biggest wrestling superstars in the world and no amount of hate from people will change that.

Kurt Angle is the first ever EuroContinental Champion in WWF history.
Well, except for D’Lo Brown, but he doesn’t count.

The AWA would’ve still folded even if Hogan remained there, Verne was an idiot and he would’ve still ruined everything.
Dusty Rhodes killed JCP.
Portland was a chicken shit territory.

Some of the stuff at All In ("I don't need to do flips to get over," the awful commentators - especially the guest commentator on the Cody/Aldis match, the dick druids, etc.) made me realize how good most of WWE's current product is and wish I was watching that instead.

In general for here
The last few years of the TNA section were far more enjoyable to be apart of than the WWE section
